Good
Dr. Frisch performed surgery on my spine where he straightened it out and added metal support. The experience was tough for me because an infection kept getting into my back. Dr Frisch had to keep cleaning it out 5 different times. My wife and myself felt that the Dr. Frisch never gave up and did everything he thought was needed. Dr Frisch and his staff have our thanks for being there every time I needed them. Thanks everybody job well done
My second time visiting Dr. Frisch at the Spine Institute for my back problems. As with my first visit 4 years ago, he is the consummate professional. He listens to his patients and takes their concerns to heart. Although he could not solve my problem with surgery, he did get me pointed in the right direction for recovery.
Great doctor. Down to earth and understanding. Explains things very well. Does not try to push you into a decision. I really trust him and his ability.
Excellent service . Checkin clerk was very friendly & efficient . I was early for my appointment & they called us just moments after arriving. I saw PA ( Kristen ?) for Dr Frisch & she was awesome. Answered all of our questions & gave us a wealth of information. Also informed us of possible options if the previous injection does not give me long term relief. Wonderful experience/great treatment. Highly recommend this facility!
DDoctor was great
Dr. Frisch explained everything very well. Everyone there was so wonderful to me. I have seen 5 doctors for my back before going to SSI. This is the very best physician and staff. Thank You all so very much from the bottom of my heart. Terry M. Everhart
I've been a patient with Southeastern Spine for many years and never had an issue until I took my girlfriend there to see Dr Frisch. I've never used him before but he was the first available and she was in a lot of pain. His assistant who brought us to the room to be seen was very rude about one of us not wearing a mask and when we pointed out that the whole staff sitting at the computers didn't have one on or had it pulled down to there chin, she had nothing to say. My girlfriend was told by Dr Frisch that she needed an epidural injection and the rude assistant said that she would have to wait on insurance approval. It's been 2 weeks of her being in pain now and many phone calls to Southeastern and her insurance company to see what is going on. We finally found out through insurance that the rude assistant to Dr Frisch filed the insurance wrong but we still can't get anyone to respond to our phone calls. They don't have an insurance coordinator or customer service or anyone that you can talk to to resolve these kinds of issues and now they are not even returning our phone calls. I will never recommend anyone again to see this doctor because of his staff. I have seen Dr Anderson several times in the past with no issues whatsoever so if you decide to go there that's who I would recommend. I'm not the type of person to do a review good or bad but I don't want anyone to go through what we have been through. I tried to switch her to Dr Anderson but Southeastern would not allow her to do so. Imagine that.
Dr Frisch did the very best job that I could have asked for. He has a very good staff that makes you very comfortable.
I am always treated professionally and with care from checkin to checkout.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
