What visit? Dr. McNulty is missing in action. I’ve been trying to track him down for 4 weeks now to get his analysis of all the tests I’ve taken but he doesn’t return phone calls or emails. His staff doesn’t even suggest scheduling another visit. I’m still in pain, I don’t know what’s wrong and I am incredibly frustrated.

Great experience with Dr. McNulty. He took a lot of time to review my history and provide a treatment plan for some immediate/acute Issues. He referred me to excellent specialists and followed up on my treatment with those providers to make sure my treatment was fast tracked.

Doctor Sam is the best. I trust his opinion, love his staff and value his honest opinion. Plus, the entire Peninsula goes to him so the waiting room is always fun.

It should have been obvious why he always has so much availability for appointments. He does not care about his patients. He doesn’t set follow up appointments, he doesn’t reply in My Chart, and he just seems like he doesn’t want to be there. I left MUSC as he was the straw that broke the camels back. If you want a doctor who looks disinterested, go to Dr Mcnulty.

He’s a horrible doctor. He doesn’t care about your health as much as he wants to spend as little time with you as possible. He will not try to follow up with you. In fact he avoids patients outside an appt.

I had a lot of confidence in Dr. McNulty across a couple of health problems I was having, including some advice he was giving me I didn't want to hear. He navigated me to next treatment options on an acute issue I was having.

I have been going to Dr. Mcnulty for years now and I don't even know where to begin! He is extremely experienced, genuine and has helped me tremendously with my health conditions so now I can live a normal life. I was 89th in the world for amateur golf when my stomach ruptured. I also got in a very bad car accident that gave me brain damage. Dr. Mcnulty has always either directly helped or referred me to the proper specialist where I could be helped. I finally feel healthy since seeing Dr. Mcnulty. The best part is his quickness to diagnose and help any sickness or condition that may come up...and Dr. Mcnulty gives you options on what routes you can take which makes me, the patient, know I'm heard. I highly recommend having Dr. Mcnulty as your family practice doctor!

Dr. McNulty was my PCP and the first physician I had since moving to Charleston and has been my physician all through medical school. He's the type of physician to emulate and he will go out of his way to make sure you're taken care of. Can not say enough wonderful things about his staff and level of professionalism. If you want a doctor who is going to give it to you straight and look out for your best interest, he's the one to see. A+
