Sweetgrass Pediatrics's Online Review Report Card

Convenient location and doctors are great, but the bloated business model is extremely frustrating. Need to get a complete bill for a HSA? Be prepared to spend 20 minutes on the phone and hope it gets emailed to you from a central billing station. Need a record of your own child's vaccinations? Don't stop in and ask to have it printed or they will literally laugh at you. You have to request one online and wait 3-5 business days. Thankfully with Covid they cleaned up the check in process, but before you would spend 20 minutes checking in online only to have to do the same thing once you got to the office. I know they are overwhelmed with patients, but hopefully the care shown by the office staff and ability to communicate information about your own account can be improved. I will update this (and bump to 3 stars from 2) to say that after voicing my concerns via text, I immediately received a call from a lady named Dawn who apologized for my experience and addressed many of my concerns. Thank you!!

I love the staff here. We've never had a bad experience. If you really need your baby seen, they will do a telehealth visit within 30 minutes. Dr. Cojo is our son's primary physician and she is just a total delight. All doctors we have seen there are kind and caring. Nurses are so personable and make my son laugh. Would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone.

Danger!!! Warning!! this place is the most unprofessional and unethical practice I have ever come across. We waited for 2 1/2 hours for our appointment while the doctor decided to go to lunch during our appointment time. After leaving to look at other options one of the doctors called me and told me she is going to call DSS on me for not taking care of my child as she wanted ,demanding i tell her what i planed on doing. Yes the fallowing day I got a Call from DSS because i chose not to explain to her what action i was taking to take care of my child. Just to inform you of the problem my son stepped on a small nail and needed a tetanus shot is the reason for all the nonsense the doctor has now caused me.

This post is long overdue! My youngest had a cough and fever so I scheduled an appointment. By the time we got there she was not doing well and her oxygen levels were dropping. This team did a fantastic job at treating, transferring her to the children’s hospital, and hep me stay calm while grandma came to watch my oldest I’m so thankful for they were they for us that day.

Avoid this doctor at All cost! Unless of course you have time to waste waiting around to give your name and information FIVE different times and in the end YOU end up telling them what your baby needs. Terrible experience and a waste of time and money, which I have neither to waste! My poor German friend thinks this is American medicine, so sad!

Dr. DuRant is such a great & caring pediatrician! My daughter and I absolutely adore her & happy with the way she handles each of our well-visits. She always listens to a parent & answers to any of our concerns. Wish you could open your practice in Myrtle Beach with the same sweet & caring professionals.

PLEASE BE AWARE THIS PEDIATRIC OFFICE DOES NOT REQUIRE VACCINES. If you have a newborn I HIGHLY recommend you seek a different provider. I implore you actually. Do not risk taking your unvaccinated newborn to a facility that does not require vaccines. However, for those that have healthy vaccinated children this is a great facility. Fast, friendly and very clean.

Sweetgrass Pediatrics, Dr. Paul Linker Mount Pleasant, SC is absolutely phenomenal. He is concerned about the holistic well-being of children. The entire office goes above and beyond to help me as a parent and both of my boys. We are so blessed to have doctors like them in our community. I found Dr. Linker through an internet search guided by ratings. His ratings were excellent , so my interest was sparked. Was anyone that good, or was there some embellishing?. Yes. he is, they are just that good! Acquiring records, the processing of referral requests, obtaining prescriptions, getting appointments, expeditious service, and exceptional pediatric care were evident from day one. It's now been about a year and a half and things just keep getting better with an awesome new multi-faceted facility located in Park West. The reviews are true!!! I don't usually write them, but I had to share that this practice is phenomenal!!!

My son has been a patient with Sweetgrass for over 10 years and he needed an x-ray which Sweetgrass Pediatrics does not have the equipment. Sweetgrass still required him to come in before they would give an referral. Sweetgrass is just another money hungry doctors office. When you do need them, they are not there for you. I am taking my business to a doctor that puts the patient first over money. Never again at Sweetgrass!!

Great experience, travel from west Ashley just to be seen at this office. Always pleasurable. Doctors and staff are always super friendly and very knowledgeable . The office is super clean with beautiful mural walls that takes the doctor office feel away, to a very relaxing environment. My 7year old son was sick today and they worked us right in. We scheduled an appointment with Dr. Sheri Scott Zieminick, and I would say my son enjoyed his visit for being sick. Dr. Zieminick was great, very friendly and answered all our questions. My son enjoyed speaking with her and felt better. Our first visit a few years back was with Dr. Paul Linker, and it was a pleasurable experience that time as well. When your looking for the perfect medical home, this is the one. Always perfect! Thank you!!
