They are very caring and professional!!!
Dr. Bryan is a fantastic doctor. He is a professional that reviews all records and explains in terms that is easy to understand while making the patient comfortable.
Dr. Bryan did an excellent job for me. He explained the procedure and as been very involved in my postop course. I couldn’t recommend any more highly. I can now walk.
I can't say enough about South Eastern Spine Center and Dr, Bryan. They are professional, caring, loving. They take a minute to explain how you are feeling. As a physician, Dr. Bryan is one of the best. I applaud South Eastern Spine Center for hiring someone like DR, Bryan.
I love this place. They listen, and they fix the problem the first time.and best of all it's done right. Dont wait,go get fixed!!!!!
I was in terrible pain for 8 months due to a bulging disc and a pinched nerve in my lower back. I tried a massage therapist and chiropractor as I did not want to have back surgery. After realizing that these treatments were not working a friend recommended that I should call the Southeastern Spine Institude in Mt. Pleasant, SC. I made an appointment with Dr. Bryan and after a MRI it was discovered that I had a crushed vertebrae in my back as well as the bulging disc and pinched nerve. Dr Bryan recommend surgery and it was the best decision I have ever made. He repaired my vertebrae but also discovered that I had a cyst wrapped around my nerve that he eliminated. After my surgery all the pain I was having was relived My full recovery is going great and walking 1.5 - 3.5 miles a day 6 weeks from my procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Bryan and his staff for any spine problems you may be experiencing. They know Spines at the Southeastern Spine Institude but
It was a challenge to make the appointment, almost felt like I was begging to being seen. Need better signage in the lobby directing people, perhaps list the Dr's names. 1st nurse very brief, PA very brief. I documented I had x-rays already and they still wanted to do them. I was left in the room forever. The Dr was very nice. I asked for a referral from the nurse who walked me out for the PT and massage that the doctor said to continue doing and recommended massage, she just walked away and never came back. With my situation it's imperative that I document all treatment. I am not impressed with the Biggest & Best in Charleston. Certainly felt like a number not a patient. 2.25 hours seems like a long appointment.
Dr. Bryan is a very attentive physician. He takes the time to explain your condition and what it will take to get you on the road to recovery.
My meeting with the PA was less than professional.
I have nothing but good to say for now. I go back for an MRI soon and then a follow up

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
