Yikes. I'd say you should avoid this place but that'd be an understatement. Don't get me wrong, some of the therapists are fantastic but the management system is flawed to its core. There are plenty of great places to trust with your child, this isn't one.

We have had a wonderful experience with feeding therapy with Stephanie Pecht, who worked magic with our orally-averse kiddo to improve her chew and get her totally on whole foods. Surpassed all my expectations. Stephanie is really able to connect to her patients and build the trust necessary to make this type of progress possible. Highly recommended.

I have mixed feelings about Tri-County Therapy, the company itself there was no issue but the Occupational Therapist was just slack. There was no effort with communicating, updates, interactions, NOTHING. It would be like that every single time a session was done, the only way anyone working with her would know is if we reached out to her because she didn’t feel like every session was important, going days or a week with no text, phone call, email letting us know would’ve been really helpful. I wouldn’t recommend her but the company itself may be better.

I have 2 kiddos with ASD and have been coming here for almost 3 years. I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. The office is always very friendly and will bend over backwards to try to find a schedule that works for you. I even had a therapist move their lunch hour to be able to accommodate my schedule. The therapists are amazing with children and have helped my kids progress so much! They give a progress report after each session and give suggestions about what to do at home to further the progress. They are very engaged and treat each child like they are the only child that they treat. They helped me through the process of the diagnosis of both my munchkins and offered support and resources. If you are looking for some great therapists you have to check this place out. I will say the waiting list is getting a little long since they are gaining popularity, but they are going to be opening a new facility in Ladson soon to accommodate all the kiddos. I am forever grateful to this wonderful group of people. :-)
