Mark Roberts's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Roberts is a wonderful doctor! He truly cares about the well being of his patients. I saw another pediatrician for years with my children until his retirement. My youngest child has been under Dr. Roberts’ care since and I know I made the right decision based on the care my child receives. The entire staff from the front desk to the nurses are always wonderful and always so very helpful, kind and compassionate. Thankful for such a great down to earth pediatrician!!

Wasn’t a good experience the two times I went with a young friend and her baby. He’s not real inquisitive even after knowing a two year old isn’t talking or feeding herself. Much longer story, but if your child has more than a cold seek another doctor.

Dr. Roberts will always be my children's pediatrician, he is thorough every visit rather our visit is a regular check up or a new issue; always asking specific questions about said issue, providing informative answers, he shares heartfelt concerns & never leaves me unsure/confused as their mother! The whole staff is welcoming with smiles, they converse with my babies & I (they each go above to put smiles on my little ones faces) the ladies at the front desk are very nice & helpful, the nurse(s) always listen to concerns & do so nicely! We have seen Dr. Roberts & staff for 6 years, never a bad or rude experience for us- our visits are comfortable, done in a timely manner & full of giggles from my kids. I trust him 100% & recommend him always!

The staff is very nice usually. However, my child was having difficulties when he was smaller and I had to call numerous times to speak to my sons doctor himself after already being bounced around a few times. I felt left in the dark as a first time mother. Also, the doctor would have my kid screaming his eyes out every single time after he would see him and he would only do physical exams. This made things worse when he had shots right after being given to him. This concerned me, so now we are with a different pediatrician. Dr. Roberts was too rough with my baby in my opinion.

Shelly One of the nurse is there is extremely rude I felt uncomfortable I had been going there for a while and this particular nurse made the visit there so unpleasant that I’ll never go back I felt as if it was age discrimination my recommendation is to find another place to go if you need to lose weight

He is very rude and harsh and body shames alot and put me in a depressive state

This doctors office will NOT see sick children; only well. They are rude and unhelpful IF you can get them on the phone. They have refused to see an unvaccinated infant (2months old) who has a cold. Instead the baby had to be taken to the ER to ensure they didn’t have covid. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE. They do not care about your child.

You wait for at least an hour or more. My daughter has been coming to him for over a year. We've always had a very long wait. As if we have nothing else to do with our time. I am going to change her doctor to someone else because my time is just important as his. I don't mind to wait a half hour or so but this is getting ridiculous.
