Dr Blair is a wonderful surgeon but I would not recommend seeing him until you are ready for joint replacement. My visit with him was very rushed. He did not introduce himself, ask about my joint history or pain, talk about options for treatment, and he walked out the door as I was talking to him. He gave me a steroid injection but never asked if that is what I wanted, nor did he explain what he was doing. He did not provide any education and did not allow time for questions. I was extremely disheartened, though I will say the office staff was very nice and professional. If you are interested in conservative treatments and to be educated about options for future joint care, I would start with another physician.

2nd knee replaced. Progressing well.

200% satisfied. After cortisone and/or gel injections having arthritis in both knees, I decided to go with PRP Injections due to increased painful swelling in both knees and inability to climb stairs comfortably and without pain. Even though I am not supposed to feel ANY IMPROVEMENT for 4/6 weeks and only after completion of all 3 injections, I am happy to report within 3 hours of my first PRP Injection, I was feeling much better. My husband said it’s probably your imagination, but my noticeable (painful) swelling in my knees disappeared without ice or any other meds. I am actually feeling much better and walking better than I have for months if not years.

We have been seeing Dr.Blair for years and have had multiple procedures and surgeries done by him.. it was my husband's turn to visit this time. As always he took care of the problem and we had a great time catching up since I had not been in to see him since before Covid.
