I am someone who stays in the area and recently joined this company. I can honestly say, i feel respected and appreciated as an employee for First light. All the staff is friendly and makes me feel welcomed. They really do know how to make you feel like family here! I have not been here very long, but my experience with the company has been excellent. Cant wait to connect more and more with my peers as time goes on! Everyone goes above and beyond expectations. Would highly recommend this in home care facility to anyone looking for a hardworking caregiver!

I've worked for First Light since they opened on the Grand Strand. The owners and office staff are so helpful; they always have your back. There is genuine warmth and caring; I truly feel like part of the family. I had to work for another local home healthcare agency for awhile (due to young client) and it was the opposite experience! No support, phone rarely answered. It made me realize how special FL really is! There is no shortage of work; if you want full time employment you will find it with this agency. I would never consider working for anyone else!

I have worked in many facilities and home health over my 15+ years career. First Light is at the top of the list. I witness daily how they take care of their clients and family as if they were their own. They take care of their staff like family. It’s why we have staff here that don’t leave. The office is overwhelmingly compassionate and I wouldn’t work anywhere else. It shows in the love and care we show our clients every day.

I have a disabled child and have been through several home care agencies. First Light by far is the best! My son has the best caregiver he has ever had in his 21 years. Diahnne Saddler is the most caring and trustworthy person you could have to trust your loved one with. When I say my prayers she is at the top of my list when I think God for my blessings in my life. I can go to work with not one worry on my mind knowing that I can trust her and her judgments and her level of care like no other. Sometimes life throws us a curve ball and when our schedule needs to change she never has a problem and is always ready to help. She always puts others before herself. You could not ask for a better caregiver and a more genuine Christian woman! She goes above and beyond the tasks that are required in her job.

They have good caregivers. The way they talk and move fast to lend a hand shows they really care about you. Frankie, christina and Laura are polite and very kind. The employee's are very very helpful and very nice. Amber Morrison is very loving and understanding.

All of the staff I have met are caring, considerate professionals who want to help others. I am highly pleased with their service and their program in general. Thanks to all!

Mom is 97, and able to call the shots and enjoy her home because of the professional attention and friendliness of her FirstLight angels. Cherise Knowlin knows Mom’s needs and personality, and together they’re quite the team! Worries are cut down to size with this team on the watch.

Yes I would recommend First Light for anyone who needs help with caring an compassionate service for your love ones. From wonderful staff members an caregivers to the great service given First Light is the one to go with.
