I have been waiting on results from a UTI specimen that was taken Fri. Sept 17. I have called several times today again and received no answer back! What is going on? I am very upset. Dr. Bohan’s nurse navigator is waiting for me to give the results to Dr. Bohan. This is very poor service. I expected to hear from Steven your nurse but did not ! Again I left several messages today

This is the slowest physician around. She consistency makes patients wait over 45 minutes . Has absolutely no respect for her patients time. There are too many other qualified providers in the area to chose her.

Hello, not surprised with Dr. McCutcheon's reviews. She is not personable, or caring, and asks strange questions. I visited her with an unbiased opinion. Afterwards, a family member asked my feelings about her. I can certainly understand why she has been sanctioned. I highly recommend choosing ANY other than Dr. McCutcheon. Please judge for yourself. Very disappointed. Had a serious illness and was not informed by the office staff. Someone dropped the ball for sure. Glad I went to the hospital and didnt take it for granted that NO news was good news. Hard to have confidence after this experience.

Dr. Mccutcheon is one of the most caring compassionate family doctors in this area.She took care of my mother for many years and always went above and beyond. She is a true blessing to the medical field. Many could take lessons

I dont think that Ive had this type of individual concern and care since I had a family doctor remember those? as a kid. Dr. McCutheon is knowledgeable patient and has great listening skills. Her support staff is professional and caring and the front office staff is relaxed very competent and fun to deal with. All in all its like coming home to family.

Im not sure youll find a better bedside manner with any other physician in the area. Dr. McCutcheon has treated me for many many years through all sorts of ailments and only referred me to a specialist when absolutely necessary. Ive never felt rushed in my appointments or pressured to try any particular prescription. Being a good listener is important in the health care business and Dr. McCutcheon excels in that regard. Im currently going on 59 years old and have no plans to switch physicians.
