Matthew Kohler's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Kohler and his staff were amazing. When I was diagnosed with the same cancer that took my mother from me only a few years before, Dr. Kohler did everything he could for me and took care of my physical issues but even more than that, he made me feel safe and calm. He took the time to talk to me and help me through every step of the scary rollercoaster ride. I had some visits that I sat and waited for him to get to me and that was frustrating but I waited and during that time pondered my life and what I was going through. I realized that if I expected Dr. Kohler to be there for me, I had to understand that he was doing the same for his other patients. I’d rather that than see a dr on time who only knew me as a number on a chart. Thank you Dr. Kohler and your wonderful staff for helping me through one of the most difficult times in my life. ❤️

I am very very late in sending in this review. I have just passed the seven year mark free of ovarian cancer thanks to Dr. Koeller. That is a cancer, but not a lot of people are able to come back from. He was so thorough and he managed to remove my tumor while it was still encapsulated and never got to spread. I will always thank him.

Having to be a patient of Dr Kohler I have no problem with waiting. This show me that he is concerned and thorough about my well being,if waiting two hours is what it takes,for him to take his time to make sure his patients are in the better health. I'm ok with it.

I have no problem with Dr Koehler as a physician. He’s caring and kind, however having to wait 2 to 3 hours at every appointment is unacceptable. Until yesterday, I have never walked out of a drs office without being seen, but after waiting almost 2 hours in the waiting room, I had enough. My last appt I waited 3 hours and missed another appt I had later in the day. I will not be going back to this practice.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kohler for over 3 years. Unless you are the first patient your wait can be as long as two hours. Today I’m going on two hours. It’s ridiculous. That’s horrible time management. I’ve been putting up with it for to long. Today maybe my last visit. My time counts too.

Dr. Kohler is an amazing physician!! He has advocated for me more than any doctor Ive had before and I’m very thankful for him. He gets things done!

Took more than 3 hours to see him I was not happy , I don't care how good he is , not a good reason to take so long , we as patients deserve better treatment , he was a good doctor when I saw him but it still doesn't excuse him taking so long, we as patients do have lives to and our time is valuable as well..

I'm not a patient, but I drive one of his patient's to all of her appointments. While he may be a wonderful Dr (she tells me he is)...he is extremely horrid at time management. There is no reason to be over 2 hours or more behind schedule when he is just seeing patients. He is not respectful of his patient's time and the time of their family/aides. If WE showed up 2 hours late he'd refuse to see us and lecture us about the importance being on time.. a lecture he himself needs to learn.

Took more than 3 hours to see him , RIDICULOUS ! I don't care how good of a doctor he is , our time as patients is valuable as well and we deserve better.

2-3 hours to see a doctor is ridiculous I don't care how he is or how serious the diagnoses is.
