Was my first appointment here. The staff was mostly friendly, and the Doctor was kind and personable but she was supposed to send a bridge script and it wasn't filled. I called to ask if a nurse or my Doctor could call me to follow-up, but no phone call return to say whether a mistake was made or what to do.Update: Received a phone call this afternoon from a staff member. She was helpful to remedy the situation.

The worst doctors office I have ever been to. Every time I've came here I have wasted my money and time. Whether they bill me more than once or can't give me the service I came for. The only reason I even bothered coming more than once is because this is the only office that accepts my insurance in Myrtle Beach. The receptionist is the only pleasant one. Sharon to be specific. The nurse is snotty and never greets you. The NP is clueless. Makes sense now why they are always replacing their doctors. Will never return.

I’ve tried calling from 7:30-1:30 with no answer, only music. I have no option to leave a message for the nurse or anything.

I had an appointment for a "meet and greet" with Catherine Gallier yesterday and was quite impressed by her knowledge, caring demeanor and willingness to research an issue. The whole staff was pleasant , from the receptionist, to the nurse that took my vital signs, to the NP. I'm glad I chose this practice for my health care needs.

I was horrified to hear that my mother recently visited this office for an appointment with nurse practitioner Catherine Gallier.She advised my mother not to get the Covid vaccine, not because of any condition that my mother may have, but because she thinks the vaccine is unsafe.She stated, without evidence, that the shot would be responsible for many deaths around the world within several months. She also peddled a debunked conspiracy theory that the vaccine has caused shingles.None of this is based on actual science. It is the epitome of irresponsible malpractice. This misinformation could be a death sentence were it to dissuade an at risk patient from receiving the needed vaccine. I am utterly disgusted that those we trust to give sound medical advice are willing to put their patients, and society, at risk like this.

Be careful. I wanted an appointment for a COVID test which I later cancelled. They charge you for a visit even if you cancel. They, because of COVID-19 restrictions, have you talk to their Nurse Practitioner Gayle Brook. When you talk to her she asks you questions related to COVID. The next thing you know you’ll get a bill for $189.00 for the phone call you had with their Nurse Practitioner. They billed Medicare. I got nowhere with either their billing department, two in person visits, or their office manager Danielle Hall. “ beware of this fraudulent company!”

The doctors do not care about the patients, as I have seen several at the practice. They just want you in and out. Dr McCutchen was even walking out the door as I was still asking questions. I have been prescribed a certain medicine for over 12 years and the doctor will not refill it unless I am seen in person, however I have just moved out of the state and cannot get to my new doctor for another month. Absolute worst experience I have ever had to have, begging for medicine that I need. I do not recommend at all.

Unfortunately, this medical practice has made to many mistakes, which concerns me not only for my health but the health of others.I had to have the same test done twice by 2 different FNPs and both times they were done incorrectly. The doctor called me to inform me that the FNPs had not been informed of the correct procedure, not sure this is the way to treat or take care of one's patients. Also, the procedure was billed twice to Medicare. So, Medicare paid for procedures of which I never received any results.Also, The FNP forgot to renew a prescription for me. It took 5 days, and wasn't renewed until I had to personally contact the office, of which, she had forgotten! Be careful, with this practice seems they are not concerned with your health.

Excellent staff and medical care at this facility. NP Catherine Gallier took care of my issues quickly and professionally. My medication was ready at Walgreen's right after I left their facility. Highly recommend Palmetto Primary Care - excellent lab there as well for blood draws!
