I had a similar experience , almost identical to the attached review. The only difference was the doctor was Dr Ellis. He appeared to be unconcerned with listening to my perception of my issue, and went straight in in a rude and arrogant manner of telling me I needed to lose weight. I have never been treated in such a manner by a physician. I strongly recommend the VA consider removing this practice from it’s list of options for veteran’s community care! I seriously considered reaching out to community care and requesting a new provider. There is no need to be disrespectful and rude to clients seeking professional services through the Tideland network of healthcare services.“ I had an appointment with Dr. Single as a referral for surgery. Great ortho docs! Treated my husband's knee pain and my fractured foot. Super respectful and willing to try other routes before jumping to surgery. Highly recommend!

Both my husband and I have seen several doctors in this practice. All have been totally professional and efficient. Dr Single did my TKR a year ago and the care I received from him and the staff has been exceptional. These physicians are the only ones who will do any procedures related to bones on either of us.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! I left 4 messages trying to get my 80 year old mom an appointment for a fractured tibial plateau on Friday 8/21/20 between 8:30-1:30. Their voice mail (which you always get) said to leave a message and all calls will be returned by the end of the business day. We were referred to them by Waccamaw Hospital the night before. I never received a return call that day but my mom did. Someone had called, spoke to her for a few seconds and told her to hold on...30 minutes later she was still on hold! Out of frustration she hung up. Monday I received a call from them to schedule an appt for Tuesday...I told them to forget it, she was admitted to Grand Strand Hospital and was actually in surgery now. A manager called me back to find out what happened...I went through the whole ordeal with her...she told me that it was unacceptable and assured me she would investigate and call me back shortly...I still haven't heard from her! Customer service is everything and not being able to get someone to call you back is disgraceful. My advise...STEER CLEAR!!

We had an 8:00 A.M appointment set by the Emergency Room. We arrived at 7:45 and were told the appointment was at 2:00 and we should arrive by 1:30. Annoyed, but we did so. Arrived at 1:30 and completed paperwork. Did not get taken to an exam room until 2:45, without so much as an apology for the horrible wait time. During the wait, we had to listen to the racist rant of a man which should have been stopped by an employee. Frustrating and a lack of respect for a patient's time. I burned nearly a whole sick day and should send these people a bill....sort of like how any of us would get a bill for being late.

There is no other Dr better then Dr Whiteside and Josh. The office staff and nurses are all nice. They are always check up on you. Thanks you for everything. You are great.

I called today to get an appointment and when I told the lady on the phone that I’ve had 6 surgeries she told me the doctor would have to review my old files to see if he would except me as a patient!!.. really they pick and choose their patients .. I had meet ppl from tidelands at the CCMF and they seemed so nice I thought I would give it a try!.. well I’m sorry if your not out to help everyone then you don’t need to be in practice!!

Excellent experience with Dr. Single. Very thorough with his examination of my condition. Took as much time as I wanted to explain my condition and advise me of my options for treatment.
