My appointment with Erica Kouns has been life changing concerning my day to day living with an irritated bowel. I thought I knew everything to do and eat. She was able to provide some tips and correct some of my mistakes on what I thought was appropriate concerning food and medicines. I am now able to go out and travel without being fearful of accidents. I can't thank her enough for helping me return to more of a normal life. Her suggestions actually changed things in just 24 hours.

They canceled my appointment at 4:30 pm after I had drank 1/2 gallon of laxative for my colonoscopy! Not happy. Will not return.

I was in the medical field myself for over 40 years and I must say that I was very pleased with the Nurse Practitioner that I see and the thoroughness of her exam and test recommendations. I had 2 procedures done at her request and the Doctor who performed my endoscopy was very professional. Highly recommend.
