I’ve never had such a patient and caring staff at a doctors office before. As busy as they are the doctors and staff treat you as if you are as important as anyone else. They are very quick and on top of all paperwork and scheduling appointments. Very pleasant experience every-time I go.

Absolutely the WORST office. I went in on Tues to see if I could get worked in. I had the flu, laryngitis and a fever. The reception told me they were full. I went on patient portal to have some medicine called in. I never heard back from the office. I then called the office. Finally got Thur and was told computers were down so they put me thru to the nurse. I left a message to get something called in with all the information they requested and no response. Fifteen minutes before the office was to close I called again and the phones were already in night mode. Worst office!!!

I found everyone that I came in contact with at this office to be very friendly, and seemed to try to do everything they could to take care of my needs. From the young lady taking temps at the door, the receptionists, the nurses and Dr. Epperson to be very efficient and caring. I would definitely recommend this office and will be glad to go back should I have the need.

The staff went above and beyond to help me schedule an appointment so I could get a release form completed for eye surgery.

Dr. Hess is a good physican and satisfied with care given. However I don't care for the way they do bussiness. Billing and coding are a nightmare and office 🏢 staff have limited knowledge of insurance plans. We were patients of tidland health group Georgetown when prince creek office opened we moved to this office as we live in burgess. Care of lorri Hess is very good. When my wife setup annual checkup it was closed as new patients not annual wellness checkup. We called as perper insurinsur advised us to recede for coverage at 100% level and they office deny the change claiming first we had to do new patient visit ($275.00) then we could schedule a routine annual check up for another billing charge to insurance. This is a redundant billing practice in my opinion. This seems like it was covered by the new patient visit, tests but the get to bill again to recieve another payment for similar services. Iwould look for other options as this didn't sit will with us .
