I got to the facility and was 3rd in line. They are very busy but thorough with their diagnosis. I would prefer them to be busy and slow versus running you through quickly and possibly missing the diagnosis.

Everytime I’ve been here, I’ve always been satisfied with the care received. The only suggestion I have is, a follow up sheet of the care provided and meds prescribed if prescribed anything. Other than that, I would recommend it to anyone in need of a quick visit. You can check in online and avoid waiting at the office, and they’ll text you thirty minutes prior to your estimated to be seen time. It’s open on the weekends for full hours, and open til 8pm on weekdays!

Great provider and staff. I became sick while on vacation. I wasn’t sure where to go. I’m glad I chose this Urgent Care. They were thorough, kind and clean! I hope I never have to go again while on vacation but if so, I know where to go!

Arrived at this location at 9am to get a Covid test……..left this location at 1:30. Plan on taking the whole day off when getting your test done here.

This place is the worst and the front desk is rude. I have been really sick for the last week and I don’t have a primary care doctor yet, due to just relocating. I went on Friday and was asked to sit in my car until I was called in for an appt. I waited about 1.5 hours and filled out paperwork they had online. I finally left and went home. They called to check if I was coming to my appt after I left. Then still feeling ill, I went again today after registering online again and was sent a text message that told me to come to the office in 30 mins. When I go to check in, I’m rudely told by reception that the wait was 3 hours. 3 HOURS!!! I informed her that I was sent a text to be here in 30 mins. She then stated that the messages don’t guarantee an appt. She then proceeds to give me paperwork. I informed her again that I had already filled out all the paperwork. She then says; “I don’t have anything in the system for you” No DL, no insurance etc etc. I said I already filled all of that out. By that time I was enraged and I said you know what forget it. And I left. I will call back to complain to whoever runs that establishment. When people are sick, they don’t need to wait in hot cars or be asked to come and then told they have to wait again.
