They'll have enough negative reviews for other parts of the facility when are y'all closing down cuz I have enough to shut y'all down.
This is the worst understaffed ER i have ever witnessed. Waiting in ER for over 3 hrs for a head injury. If you have any other option go there instead.
I was pickup on the beach, they got me to Murrells inlet quickly. When I reached the ER, everyone was so nice and wonderful. Very patient and helpful. Can not say enough about how great they were!
We just had our first Covid vaccines done. The whole process was very well organized and efficient. Checked in at 10:15am and left at 10:47am. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
I’ve been so sick for very long time since I had multiple implants from breaking my neck and back. They were more concerned about the staff and acting as if I was not important. Talking with other staff and mainly not paying attention to my Excersizing and possible causing me more pain when I go home. And Calling me to change my appointment time to earliest time I can get there. Continues to switch therapist person that has not been with me nor being concerned about my health care issues. I’ve dealt with multiple doctors and Emergency care. That’s even worse. I had to go to the waccamaw ER in Murrells Inlet for my bleeding in my rectum. I was admitted over night for a ultra sound. But For a 30ish Young looking male doctor to come in and state That he was releasing me that morning and states that I was only there for for one things, drugs!. And also for me to have to be in the room to listen to the doctors argue about my health. My nurse was devastated over this . I’ve never in my life ever asked for this medication he said. My neurologist has my taking GABAPENTIN. I do not ask for a thing. Only to help my bleeding. But for me having to drive 255 miles to another hospital to find out I had multiple tears and bleeding ulcers and intestinal tears. With having to have emergency surgery on my rectum. Stomach. Intestines to repair the damage. And being told if I had to waited possibly six+ more months I would have had possible colon cancer. And the worst was asking for apology in letter I sent to the hospital about what happened. But of course I never received a response to my matter in my serious healthcare issues. This is sad to be treated in such a matter. Going on since 2017 to 2020
This place is unbelievable my stepdad is there this place is just the top rehab center they will totally change your life I would like to tell them thanks and you all blew my mind
What an amazing team! The staff and care provided here are truly exceptional.
My friend was a patient in the Little River facility. He was left on the commode longer than 1/2 hour after calling for a nurse. Seldom was the call light answered within 20 min. The staff didn't check on him hourly as they claim they do. There were a couple of Techs (one was Kelli) that had a attitude. They made him and his visiters feel as though it was a problem to assist him. A nurse Linda had a attitude and never seemed to smile. She refused to get him onto the commode saying he had to use the bedpan even when it was difficult for him to use it. His needs just weren't taken into consideration. Some good nurses were Heather, Steve, Robin and Rene'. They showed this elderly gentleman respect and treated him with dignity. The others made him feel like a problem along with making his family feel the same. For the most part our experience was not good. They didn't seem to pass on his status from shift to shift. It just seemed that his needs were an inconvenience. Getting on the commode or getting into bed. They were short staffed for certain which attributed to the attitude of the Techs. They definitely had to many patients per staff member.
I have only been to the ER twice in my entire life. The two experiences I had was horrible. Also, a very dear friend had such a horrible visit that their entire bill was forgiven.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
