I am shocked to see that Dr. Cook has 136 5 start reviews. He made me feel as though he was not at all inclined to figure out why I was in so my discomfort. I limped when I walked and had regular pain in my lower back. I gave him my x-ray and he had me do an MRI. The only film he reviewed was the MRI. He told me I had arthritis in my T4 and T5. Had he actually looked at the results of the MRI he would have also told me I have mild slipped discs in T3, T4 and T5, with the arthritis. Again had he looked at all the films he would have seen I also have Spondylolisthesis. The Spondylolisthesis is what is causing most of my issues. I had to go to a Chiropractor to have all the causes of pain revealed. Dr Cook referred me to Dr. Parker, Pain Management. Another horrible experience.

Dr Cook operated on my spine a few months ago and also performed two surgeries on my wife. All were very successful. He explains everything to you before surgery and your progress during postsurgery appointments.

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr Cook and his staff today at OrthoSC. Everyone was very professional but kind and compassionate at the same time. Things are run so well and efficient in this office. Not a lot of down time waiting around. I look forward to visiting again and strongly recommend using this facility, Dr Cook and staff!

I was extremely pleased with my visit. Had a 2:00 pm appt. and was taken back right away. Staff was very pleasant and expedient. Dr. Todd was also very nice, taking the time to explain his findings and my options to address the issues I'm experiencing. Thank you for the best Doctors office I've ever had!!
