Brian Roberts Md's Online Review Report Card

I recently moved from NJ to Myrtle Beach in April. I get a procedure with my Urologist in NJ every 6 months for at least 4 years so changing Doctors scared me to death. I found Dr Roberts through my insurance. As soon as I met him I knew he would be my new Doctor. He knew it was time for my procedure and he didn’t want to make me wait. He got me in for the procedure in less than a week. Everything went great. I would definitely recommend Dr Roberts and Atlantic Urology.

A missed diagnosis resulted in delayed treatment and permanent bodily harm.

I had seen Dr. Roberts three times. In each appointment, he spent less than 5 minutes with me and was dismissive and abrupt and did not listen to my concerns. It turned out I had cancer that he failed to diagnose. Avoid this so-called doctor at all costs.

Dr Robert’s had an extremely caring demeanor! He listened to my concerns when I had been to four previous doctors who couldn’t have cared less. Dr Roberts told me that HE would get answers and I’d start feeling better. He began working on a care plan right away.

The surgery performed by Dr Roberts’s for my prolapse bladder went far more better than I every expected it to go!! Dr Roberts is the best for this surgery!! I will encourage any woman who has this problem please go to this Doctor you will not regret it .. He is the best !! I didn’t even need any pain meds after surgery and recovery time was so easy !!

Dr. Roberts is right to the point and is great. He listens to your problems and explains everything so that you can understand it.

If I had it to do over. I would have gone to some other doctor. Took very little time with me. Did no exam at all. I believe that he had made up his mind before he ever saw me. Very uncaring, does not listen to what you are trying to say like I already said he had made up his mind what he was going to do. No, I don't think I will see him again. Way to many doctors to put up with this uncaring doctor.

Just saw this doctor today. Very disappointed! Did not hear a word I said, would not even let me give him the history that lead to coming to see him. He only wanted to come in say a word or two then leave, very short on time and short on caring. For what I went to see him for, I did not get any help. He did not even do an examination, I have never been to a Urologist who did not do this exam, given my history. I don't know if I will be back to his office again, time will tell. But I don't think so.

Horrible. Poor diagnostic ability. Rushes through appointments. Arrogant and uncaring.

I have been treated with care and concern by Dr Roberts. I first saw him for elevated PSA, he subsequently performed a biopsy and I was diagnosed with early stage Prostate Cancer. Treatment I choose was not available in the Grand Strand area and he coordinated with MUSC Urology and Radiology and continues to assist with my follow up needs. Highly recommend this Dr.
