When I visited today I was very pleased with the staff. The receptionist and nurse were plesant and efficient. I was seen by Gary Morse who asked good questions to make a clear diagnosis. He explained well and made sure I did not have further questions. I would definitely use CareNOW Urgent care again.

I can’t say enough about this CareNow Urgent Care location! I was promptly greeted by the front desk clerk, who was very polite, and professional. I didn’t get her name, however. Morgan, the triage clinician and Dr. Frank were both very pleasant, professional and thorough! The facility was attractive and clean! (I had gone to another urgent care before this one and walked out!) I will definitely recommend this CareNow URGENT Care facility to family and friends!

I’m from out of town here on Vacation, and this Urgent Care is great, super nice people from the receptionist, Nurse and Dr. They all did an outstanding job.

I brought my son in an hour and fifteen minutes before closing. Without greeting us the receptionist turned us away because it would “put them out past 5pm.” In a difficult moment where I was seeking help for my toddler, it was incredibly rude and jarring. If you’re going to stop accepting patients over an hour before closing, consider being apologetic/kind/helpful. This is not how sick patients should be treated at a healthcare facility.
