I recently moved to the area and needed a primary care physician. The entire experience from the first phone call to checkin visit and labs was five star I was greeted before I even entered the building. Nicole Valencia and Jody were friendly and professional at checkin. Alelly and Shannon provided excellent care and were thorough in getting all of my information. Jennifer in the lab was efficient and well skilled. Tina the supervisor actually came out and touched base. It was obvious she values her team and everyone truly puts forth their best efforts I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this facility.

I saw a sign that said no appointments needed for Covid Shots on my way home. Went back the next day. Turns out that is only on Monday and Wednesday from 9 to 5915 I was finally able to get the shotSecond dose due on 106Yeah

Had my second vaccine dose yesterday. As soon as I stepped in the building I was approached by a young lady. She listened to my situation took my first dose record and asked me to sit down. A few minutes later she gave me a form to fill and came back and took it inside. Ten minutes later they called my name to take the shot. The young nurse was very nice and professional I did not feel the needle in my arm. Everyone were nice and accommodating to my anxiety. They made me feel comfortable. The place is super clean and very well organized. Thank you God bless you all.

The receptionist are really nice the facility is nice and clean. You can have a lot of things done in this one building which is great. I see Shannon Spence and I really like her. She is very thorough. My children see Ina Troutman shes also wonderful. I would highly recommend both doctors and the facility.

Dr. Eglen is a very nice doctor however her staffscheduling department has poor work ethics. My son was born in December 2020 and has only seen his doctor twice due to her absence. Also my son had an appointment for his 2 month shots but when they called me I not only had to reschedule his appointment but they also had no idea why he needed to be seen. After informing them of why he needed to be seen they made another appointment but when we arrived there they had no appointment scheduled. The billing department called me as stated that I needed to wait for him to receive shots because my insurance hasnt processed but Blue Cross Federal insured me of the payments they received from them. Today my son had an appointment and once again Dr. Eglen isnt there why is this lady never there???? I expected them to place my son with the doctor on call but nope they wanted me to reschedule AGAIN But I will notSadly my son still doesnt have his immunizations completed and I missed work every time he had an appointment. I wouldnt advise cmc to anyone.i
