You better pray that they answer your call. Ive been trying to make an appointment for my sick baby and nothing. Call after call nothing. I even left a message still no call back.

I caught the lady at the front desk talking to the dr about me. When I said something to her she tried to act as if she didn’t. I had more than one problem with this place and received discharge paperwork from practice stating that I missed three appointments which is a lie. The lady at the front desk gave me the wrong time.I tried to explain to the dr what was going on and he said that I was harassing his staff.I highly recommend if you’re of color do not go to this place

Will not be returning. Must have appt during the early part of the day. No afternoon appts for regular visits. They dont care about their patients. Left me and my 1 month old siting in the waiting room with sick patients while rooms were available. They are slow pace and uncaring.

I brought my daughter in as a walkin patient. The front desk staff is amazing They were able to fit my little girl in get her a prescription and out the door. I will be switching pediatricians to their practice soon Highly recommend

Dr. Walker is amazing and takes her time with every single visit. I never feel rushed. She answers all of my questions with information and goes above and beyond to make sure I have all of the information I want and need. Personable and friendly.

Office staff is terrible. They almost never answer their phone or return voicemails. We stayed for a while because Ashley Gibbs nurse practitioner I think was amazing and the walk in option was nice but she has recently left the practice and they almost never seem to be taking walk ins anymore. I took my sick infant out in the rain today to try to get him seen only to be told that they are not taking anymore walk ins for the day despite it being 1 o clock and having a completely empty waiting room. They couldn’t get him in at all today and told me to try walking in again tomorrow they didn’t even want to make him an appointment. This has happened a few times now and been blamed on them having too many patients so I think they may have just helped that problem a little because we will be finding a new doctor.
