It's on the second floor so if you have a walker or a wheelchair there is an elevator that will take you up to the second floor. I do not know about pricing because I have insurance that covers it. I've seen dr. Angel now about four times and I rather enjoy her company and I like the first homework assignment that I got. It actually prompted me to start researching my family
