She gives up on children with special needs. No recommendation or referals. You will have to do that on your own and she makes you go through alot of red tape to approve it. I switched doctors after I discovered this and there were no more issues.

Dr. Aiken is exceptionally sensitive, caring and compassionate. My child was lucky enough to be under her care from age 4-18. Wow! Every time we needed her she was always there for us. There were plenty of challenges and I always walked away from our appointments feeling encouraged and recharged because of her empathy and ability to get to the root of the issue no matter what it was. I can honestly say my son and I love her with all our hearts and the only regret is that he is no longer young enough to be under the care of a pediatrician.
