Hi Heather, I'd be glad to write a review for Dr. Roberts and his staff. My last visit was pretty much a routine annual check up. The staff was quick to make sure there weren't any changes in my insurance or contact information and the wait was relatively short as always. After providing a specimen, I met with Dr. Roberts assistant to discuss my overall health and meds, asked if I had any problems since my surgery, and she answered a few questions I was going to the doctor. She handled the q's easily and concluded I was good to go and asked me to make an appointment in 6 months. It's been almost 9 years since Dr. Roberts preformed the kryotherapy, and I"m still cancer free and life is good. When i hear of someone who is considering a prostate exam, I always recommend the doctor and the staff at Atlantic Urology. Thanks again. Atlantic Urology Clinic is an excellent place to receive care. I have been in their care for a few years and have no complaints. The office staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Gangi is a very competent and compassionate doctor. He is always pleasant and willing to listen to and address any concerns you may have. I would recommend this medical group to anyone looking for Urological treatment.

Dr. Roberts and his associates, as always is very professional and they make your visit there a cheerful and enjoyable. The wait time is a lot less than most other physicians that I unfortunately have to visit. Dr. Roberts listens to my concerns and acts upon them in a very professional manner. This is one of the few doctors I don't mind penciling in on my yearly calendar.

Dr. Roberts and his staff are excellent and I would recommend them highly. For years I've been going to see Dr. Roberts. He was recommended by a good friend of mine that suggested to go see him. Thae staff are supportive and know exactly what they are doing. From the person who draws my blood to the nurses I've never been disappointed or been a number on a clip board. I depend on urologists for several things, and have seen multiple doctors over 20ish years and 2 metro areas, and Dr. Wood is the best I have had. He is very communicative, has an excellent "bedside manner", has what have to be the best office and nursing staffs in MB, and I consider myself very lucky to have him as my doctor.

Atlantic Urology Clinics are about the same as any other clinic. Dr Ganji on the other hand is at the top of my list of favorite doctors that I have no problem trusting with my health. That is a big statement as I find the doctors here in Myrtle Beach SC to be sorely lacking in their concern for care they provide. their patients. If you need a good urologist, I would highly recommend seeing Dr Ganji.

Dr Wood, as well as his staff and Conway Urology Clinic get all 5 stars from us. Why? They return your call for help. They work you in with little wait. They listen to your concerns and address them. Dr. Wood's diagnoses and treatments are working for us. We are very appreciative and feel lucky to have found such a practice.

As a business owner, I have an understanding of how things should run. One..I never even received a phone call from this office…just a text message saying I have an appt at 1:30. It was a referral from a dr’s office and that’s how they reached out to a new patient…was via text message. As someone who is usually out of the country this time of year, I was able to move things around to fit this appt in last minute(as you can see, the message was sent Monday the 12th of July, and the appt was on Thursday the 15th), giving me 3 days to figure it out. When I arrived at 1:30, they told me that I could not be seen and that I needed to arrive at 1pm. Does it say anywhere on this text message to be there at 1? No. It absolutely does not. They refused to see me and it’s completely unprofessional and misleading given the text that I was sent. I will not be seeing this dr and I will certainly not recommend them to anyone else.

Dr Wood helped me exactly Zero Percent. I had two major surgeries , one TUR and the other , the UROLIFT. My thought was that the Urolift was done to avoid having to do the the TUR. ??? He never explained why. It has been 2 yeaers and 2 months and I can say I have been worse off after surgery.

Listened to my situation and explained possible procedures well. Follow up visits next month.
