Little River Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

Little river medical on 10th ave north have been nothing more than AMAZING for me Very clean facility. I’ve had them as my primary care provider for almost 10 yrs and don’t plan on changing any time soon. All the employees are nicecaring and want to help you in anyway possible. Amy is so cool very patient too. And TINA the best doctor ever She understands struggle and is easy to talk to plus willing to listen and get you on the path to a great healthy future

Had to sit outside for long periods of time in cold without any remorse

The doctor and staff are very nice and helpful

very upsetting my wife had an appointment that was scheduled 3 weeks ahead of time she went Monday July 6th and they told her there is no appointmentbut yet Little River medical called us to confirm the appointment and left a voicemail saying that it was on July 6th at the time that we said and they told us that there was no doctors there and there is no appointment so we drove all the way out there made room in our schedule and scheduled for this appointment for 3 weeks for these people to literally just disappear and say no that doesnt exist when I have proof that they called us and confirmed it how did something not exist when you guys are the ones who calledto confirm so lets hope they can get her in the doctors before the end of the week were going to have a real problem😁Okay so update two that I finally got to leave a voicemail because the entire week from Monday July 6th to Friday July 10ththey have never even answered the phone for scheduling or anything I have a confirmed voicemail on my phone for an appointment Monday July 6th at 320 p.m. I was there July 6th at 3 p.m. and you never let my wife come in to see her doctor she is now getting sick off the medications because I left a voicemail and nobody has gotten back to me... This place is horrible pathetic and needs to be investigated

I have never wrote a review but after this experience you need to know what to expected. The location is terrible. It is within an apartment community and sketchy people hang out in the parking lot. Once I entered the office the place looks nasty and smells of body odor. Making an appointment is a joke. I have been waiting 30 minutes after my appointed time and still they havent called me back for simple blood work. Its more like a methadone rehab facility rather than a ligit doctors office. Dive anywhere but here.

Well... I like the service on mr. Joe white Ave. Kind courteous and the receptionist even walked me down to where she thought I needed to be when I was wondering around lost lol. There are ppl who are genuine about their jobs and some who just wants to get paid at the end of the day... We all do 😁 we can feel the difference tho. I love the small office empty most of the time I go not a long wait and smiles thats all that matters to me Im glad theyre in my neighborhood to aid myself and my moms. Good work guys positivevibesonly dont settle for less. 👍

Was their to get a tooth fixed realized it wasn’t fixed went back and they said it was just my gums that were messed up from the filling yet I still have a hole in the tooth that bleeds daily 🙄

The office is standard as is the care. No one is overly friendly. My children hate going there. They love their dentist and orthodontist. The receptionists are very nice but they don’t return calls.

This PLACE is HORRIBLE I was a long time patient of Dr. Manfred who was GREAT who UNFORTUNATELY just left. The Doctor who took her place Dr. Guzman I liked the first time I met. My second appointment is where the Problem started. I am on what is called maintenance meds. Which she had no Problem prescribing my 1st visit. I broke a tooth right BEFORE Hurricane Florence went to the dentist UNFORTUNATELY it couldnt be saved and I had to then go to an oral surgeon because the jaw bone is also damaged he put me on antibiotics and a painkiller. When I went to my 2nd appointment with Dr. Guzman I told the nurse what had happened and the Dr. came in flipping out that I violated some kind of paper that I signed over 2 years ago said I had to call ASAP and tell her I was on a pain medication. This was a TEMPORARY painkiller until I had the oral surgery DONE. She flipped out and wouldnt refill my maintenance meds leaving me to withdrawal from Kolonopin. Just because I had a temporary tooth Problem...They LACK human compassion and blamed the situation on President Trump changing some kind of laws.UNBELIEVABLE if I was abusing the system or the painkillers I could TOTALLY understand. I WOULDNT take my dog to this PLACE.
