The doc is ok but the front desk staff is by far the rudest people ever want even let you talk before they go off you and talk to you like a piece of trash and have an attitude especially the older lady that sits in the very front like if you cant do your job then please find another. But after the 3rd time I seen the doctor and was rude to every time I found another doc this place is a joke.

Dr Romley she really cares about you she listens to what you have to say and she talks about what we can do about what going on with you .And I have told my family and friends they should go and see her when they are not feeling good

Take way to long they never come to u there horiable people they made my grandma miss her study

Dr. Rumley has been great dealing with whatever issues I have I want to say that first. The staff that works the office act as if you made them come in to work you made them fill out the application and now there stuck. please if you work with people directly fake a smile please. I started with a appointment at 1pm they called and asked to move it pack 40 min I said that would be fine if not mind to help out with your scheduling issue I may be running behind by no more than ten minutes due to a previous engagement. so as I said I was five minutes late and I was immediately chastised by I think Becky older white woman wearing full scrubs. I explained what had happened and the attitude was just kicking off but anyway Id let that slide it now as I am sitting here has been a full hour past my second appointment and I am now in the waiting room alone and may try to speak to Becky again in hopes I might get an update.by the way I may not be 100% on her name but you wont miss her. her greeting is name date of birth phone number.update i think they are going for a high score here Im 1 hour and 50 min in and still havent seen the dr I dont think I am even mad anymore now Im just waiting them out to see if i ever get seen by the dr they only have another hour before I have to get my son from school

Do Not GO Dr. Prinzi is the worst doctor for your child. She sent me an app to download to check in 25 minutes before appointment.. which no one with a child can look at cause your getting your kid ready and than when i had to sit in the parking lot for 10 minutes to download and get the information in. So i couldnt check in until that was done which made me late for my appointment and she told me she couldnt do my sons appointment even though i had to schedule a month in advance and it was her fault i was late. DO NOT GO TO DR. PRINZI cause clearly shes doesnt need to work with kids.

I had Dr Rumley.   I will never go back there again.  I have ASTHMA.  My temp on arrival was 97.8.  No coughing just an asthma flare up.   I KNOW I dont have Covid.  She yelled at me in the office because I could have Covid due to my asthma SYMPTOM ONE SYMPTOM SHORTNESS OF BREATH DUE TO ASTHMA AND ALLERGIES.  She told me I lied to her staff and didnt tell them I had a breathing problem when in FACT I told them I had an asthma attack.   She then told me from now on I have to go to where the patients actually HAVE covid to be checked for my asthma    Then she gave me a dr note for my job claiming I have potential Covid SYMPTOMS more than one symptom as that in and of itself was a lie. and recommend I stay HOME for two weeks.   What a spiteful bitch.  She wants to jeopardize MY LIFE with a compromised lung problem I have half lung capacity due to the Asthma and could DIE for sure if I got exposed to covid because she insisted my asthma was covid   My husband told me Dr offices medical clinics and hospitals make money from Covid and this place is crooked.   Im so done.    I will be finding a new dr.   If you stay there and have asthma THEY WILL MAKE YOU GO TO THE COVID SIDE AND GET YOU SICK ON PURPOSE SO THEY CAN GET PAID BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

My wife and I had stopped going to LRM. We could not deal with the consistent unprofessional manor which the staff conducted themselves but my daughter still kept them as her primary doctor. She has hypothyroidism and as a symptom of that she periodically has issues with sleep. This can turn into a crisis situation if she does not get sleep for 23 days. We took her to LRM after 3 days of trying to sleep for sleep aids. She had mentioned Covid and can she get it again. They gave her a civid test immediately then told her after the test she could not be seen until the test came back in 3 days and my wife could not come in to talk to the doctor. Can anyone get facts straight when you are close to incoherent after 3 days of no sleep? My wife was angry they would not see my daughter for what she came in for and it was all about the test. We needed advice. We were close to crisis mode. My wife asked if the doctor can come outside to talk to us because they would not allow us in the building. The nurse said no not with that attitude and she called the police on us. It was late in the day so there was no place to go. My daughter could have gone to the ER but $2000 for sleep meds? One last option was tellehealth before we spend the night in the hospital. We linked up with a doctor online and he said i was a good thing we called. Tellehealth doctor subscribed the meds we needed and avoided a hospital stay and a serious crisis. This place is all about cash for COVID tests and little else. By the way the whole family had been tested and treated for covid in LRM in 2020 and they knew it. My son still has not received his test results from them we eventually went elsewhere for him. Im not going to say incompetence. My daughter is sleeping tonight because of the tellehealth doctor not LRM. Decide for yourself.
