Little River Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

Very unprofessional staff and doctors to be honest. I have to fight with them every month just to get my blood pressure medications filled. It should be on automatic refill since I take them every day for almost 3 years at this office. Just because I don’t have insurance in this state it is the only place I can go to to see a doctor. They misdiagnosed me and I wound up having to have my gallbladder removed in early may after a doctor suggested it was chrons disease or IBS.

The Lady that did my Deep Cleaning was very nice helpful and made it go VERY easy. She was a great blessing since I was a little nervous. Her name was Brittany. Thank you again

I love Dr. Guzman. She was the best thing they had going here. I am having a serious serious crisis with my mental health and she was the only doctor I could find that actually HELPED Shes not with the facility anymore and Im here to see a doctor that is going to open a Hidradenitis wound in my face with nothing but a local. God help me find someone else quick Where is Dr. Guzman...I will go wherever she is😭😫😫😫🤬🤬🤬

Super friendly staff My Dr. Is Dr. Guzman and she is such an awesome Doctor The Pharmacy staff if very friendly too Very understanding and patient with their patients

I would give this office and receptionist at the front desk zero stars if I could. My mom had a doctors appointment yesterday with Naomi Ferguson at 100pm and we were there 15 minutes early just like the text message that my mom received suggested. We are both new patients at this office. I visited about a month ago. My greeting was not near as harsh but I was greeted and checked in by a different receptionist. In the case of the visit April 15 for my mother the blonde receptionist was like a bulldozer. When my mom tried to check in the blonde scolded her loudlyYou were supposed to be here 30 minutes early We have called and called you. My mom and I both tried to explain that we never received one call or a notice that said we should arrive 30 minutes early instead of 15 like their text said. We showed her the text but the blonde bulldozer refused to look at it and abruptly called Its now five minutes until 100.The doctor wont be able to see you. Let me go ask her.....She wont see you. You need to reschedule. Mind you that their policy is to remain in the car when you arrive and WAIT to be called in. Therefore when we arrived at 1245 as we were told to do we checked in and had to wait to be called in just to be SCOLDED that we didnt arrive early enough. If these doctors and their staff do not like people they are probably in the wrong business. It is beyond sad that they cannot see that with no customerspatients there is no paycheck.

I live in Little River and only have off on Monday and Tuesday so I have to drive all the way to Carolina Forest to see my Dr. I left an hour before my appointment time and still got there 10 minutes late. They refused to see me and made me reschedule my appointment but not before the nurse at the window spoke to me like a child and made it a point to tell me to make sure I was there 15 minutes early so this doesn’t happen again. The level of disrespect she gave me was apparent to the other people in the waiting room because another patient said to me isn’t it nice that they talk to us like kindergartners and don’t care what the circumstances are. I love my Dr she is wonderful but the nursing staff they employ are disrespectful rude and uncaring. I can understand if I was 25 30 minutes past my appointment but 10 minutes is ridiculous. You need to do better.

I had appt. Got there at 800am waited in the cold until 830. Finally saw dentist at 2pm. And was told they wouldnt pull bad tooth. I was in severe pain. And its Thursday and having major surgery on following Monday. So if course a tooth decides to get infection in gums. When it could cancel my surgery also. They just didnt want to understand

I got my covid vaccine at the Carolina Forest location. Wait time was short. Staff was pleasant and professional
