Dr Alvarado is a very kind and compassionate person. Cassie, his PA is also very kind along with all of the staff.

I had 3 injections unfortunately they didn't work for me not Dr Alvarado fault I need a fusion and different pain management I think he's a good Dr

I like Dr Alvarado but his office staff is terrible. I am an RN that works for an insurance company, we had a change in our insurance so I was given instructions and a phone number for the office to call, all I got from them was a big fat see ya later. I was appalled at how they treat patients. Someone has a problem following instructions over there and should be fired. I shouldn’t have to leave and find a new doctor or pay out of pocket because someone is to lazy to do their job .

Was referred to him for pain management a month ago called a bunch of times they say waiting for dr to decide if he will accept as patient I said how long does that take they seem clueless as to people in pain I would say find someone who cares not this place

I went to see the Dr for the first time. He answered all my questions.he asked me questions about my pain and where it was located. I see him next week for a persedure. Will follow with how it goes. Very nice bed side manor

I have never felt so disrespected by someone younger than me in my 78 years of living..... Dr Alvarado basically tried to accuse me of abusing my pain medicine when all he had to do is follow up with my previous doctor Dr Willoughby who I give five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! He has no bed side manners whatsoever! I was previously, admitted to the hospital with double pneumonia and they would not let me bring my own pain medicine in..... So of course they prescribed me my pain medicine for my back since I have deteriorating disc all the way down.(look at the records from the previous Dr Willoughby)..... Then I had to follow up with skilled nursing to get my strength up to get back home so they've also had to get me my pain medicine. Needless to say, he said he would no longer write my prescription for my pain medicine due to the fact that outside Doctors Care had prescribed to me medication and he was not notified....... I really feel like he was discriminating against me due to my age and my medical conditions and I may be enlisting further representation with a law firm........
