Dr Evans reviewed the MRI of my knee my knee and we decided on a gel injection to try and avoid surgery.

I was extremely fortunate to learn about Dr Nathaniel Evans after injuring my shoulder and was able to to get an appointment within couple days. I had an xray on Tuesday and have been scheduled for MRI Wednesday of next week. I didn’t realize any place existed where treatment was so fast and professional. The staff is friendly and supportive with a large group of Orthopedic doctors to help you! … 7/26 Just saw Dr. Nathaniel Evans after completing several weeks of Physical Therapy he ordered for me at Ortho SC/North Myrtle Beach. Use of my arm after the PT surprised even me! Thank you very much Dr Evans and my amazing therapist Nicole! She’s little but tough and she encouraged me to work hard to meet Dr Evans goals!

Concerned, compassionate, thorough, detailed oriented, takes a deep interest in my concerns, and appropriately seeks resources to meet my needs.I realize there are others with more serious concerns and appreciate the time and thoughtfulness provided to me. My journey has been riddled with prioritization for others seen by Dr. Evans. Nonetheless, I couldn't ask for a better provider.

Dr Evans x-rayed my knee and determined I had a bakers cyst on the back of my leg and explained I may have a tear in my miniscus. He gave me a shot and instructions on how to proceed and what to look for in the days ahead.
