List of Palmetto Infusion Myrtle Beach's Reviews
The nurses are knowledgeable and kind and quick to not waste time. It is very clean and comfortable.
I was blown away with how compassionate each nurse and staff member were here. It certainly made a hard time a lot less stressful. Highly recommend and will continue to come here for my future treatments.
The wholeI staff is friendly and professional. The nurse was great! Great job!
Huge improvement in customer service
I have The Best Treatment from everyone at Palmetto Infusion. Everyone who works there are Kind, Compassionate & Very Professional People. I Highly Recommend to anyone who needs Infusions. Thanks to All the Great Staff!

Good people very accomadateing
Nice, friendly staff! Clean facility, and great accommodations for treatment. I was briefed and interviewed by my doctor, followed by some mini educational development on my therapy, I was given water and a snack, I was checked on several times, and even got to speak with Chrissie their patient advocate on what type of support groups they offer. The overall process was swift and quick. I would go back of I had too, and would recommend.
I had my first infusion today, and the staff was wonderful! I suffer from panic attacks, and unfortunately had one while I was there. The took such great care of me and helped me through my anxiety like pros. They brought snacks and drinks and constantly made sure I was comfortable. And it was a super clean facility. Can't say enough nice things!
Talk about getting the run around!! Call here, transfer you there and no one can give a direct answer to any questions. My Neurology office ordered my Rituximab Chemotherapy drug for my Devics Disease on Monday with a script with STAT on it and insurance preapproval. Tuesday I find out it needs to be on Palmetto Infusions “Special Form”, which my Neurology office immediately complies. Nothing on Wednesday and no call back to voicemails left by me. Thursday I find out that the order sent on Monday was changed by Palmetto Infusion and not what my doctor ordered. Also that their insurance person had to verify the BCBS preapproval certification letter sent by my Neurology office and that someone had been sitting on that since Monday. I also find out Thursday that the Rituximab drug was never ordered Monday when the original order came in and now being Thursday the soonest they could get would be the following Monday. My insurance company BCBS did less than a 24 hour approval on this expensive medication because it’s a necessity but yet Palmetto Infusion couldn’t pull it together and now I’m in a full blown exacerbation and will require hospitalization. Would have been so much easier to do this treatment outpatient rather than inpatient and definitely less painful on my wallet. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing there. I also asked to speak with the director to find out where the disconnect had occurred and was denied. Ridiculous!! Also when calling their main number 90% of the time it goes to a voicemail which is a joke as no one ever returns those calls. The best part is I take a 5 day vacation a year and was very specific about my dates and I needed my treatment before going so I could be well. Now the ultimatum is cancel your trip or don’t get treatment. Perhaps you should have ordered the medication on Monday when the order came in instead of waiting until the end of the week!!!!!! Then you could have saved your ultimatum to me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
