Best physician experience I've had in the last 2 years. Dr Becker is very personalable and caring. Great bedside manner and a very pleasant doctor's visit. Staff is great as well. Helped me tremendously for an upcoming surgery. If you need a pulmonologist I would suggest scheduling here.

Dr. Duff is thorough, explains things well and is willing to take the time to discuss and make sure you understand. He diagnosed my issue after two other pulmonologists and not been able to.

Nope! Inhumane and has no bedside manner. Doesn’t even ask family member names or understands the gravity of pushing his decisions on a patient and their family. Disgrace to Grand Strand and medical profession.

Dr. Duff is patient, attentive, very bright and genuinely positive. His staff is professional and caring. He encourages questions and will even draw diagrams to help you better understand your health situation. It’s obvious he loves what he does and makes you feel heard, never rushing “assembly line” style like so many doctors do. Dr. Duff helped me through a difficult time. He deserves 10 stars because he knows his stuff.

I think Dr. Duff is awesome! He explains everything and let’s you know exactly what is going on. He cares about his patients and that is by far saying a lot. Thank you Dr. Duff for everything.

I went to the emergency room with breathing issues. I was told to see a pulmonologist ASAP. I called to get an appointment, but it would take over 45 days. With a breathing issue not resolved, the person I spoke with said that I should use the emergency room for a sick call, but even though the Grand Strand Hospital had recommended this doctor, I would only be treated as a new patient. If I was having any distress, go to the emergency room and we can see you in 45 days. She was not very polite and seemed irritated that she had to even answer the call after 23 rings.

Administrative staff is lacking. . they don't return important phone calls and none of these doctors want to be bothered after 5pm.
