The staff there is rude. We made an appointment. Which they canceled. That happens. So we made another one and asked to switch providers, because we don't want the same issue. They said no she will be back keep the same provider. The day before the appointment they called and confirmed it. At 7am the day of appointment they canceled it the second time. An each time I've called the receptionist has been rude. DO NOT GO HERE

Since moving to Myrtle Beach several years ago, I have seen a few different doctors but I wasn't impressed. The moment I met Dr. Alexis Brown I knew I found the perfect doctor because she actually listens and doesn't make you feel rushed. She truly cares about her patients and this is evident during each of my appointments. Both my son and daughter are now her patients as well. We all agree she is the best doctor we have seen since we lived in CT. If you are just moving into the area or you are looking to change doctors I/we highly recommend her.

I would not recommend this office. The front desk staff is rude and downright mean! If you are sick or in pain I would not recommend. I have been a patient here for years, but after the last 2 experiences, I will never walk back into this office.

I have been going to Dr Brazee for about a year. He is respectful, personable and knowledgeable. I feel like he had been my family doctor for years. Highly recommend.

After leaving work early on Friday (6/26) because of feeling ill, I decided to immediately get tested for COVID-19. I thought I was lucky to be able to catch their free drive through clinic testing on Coastal University’s campus. I was told that it would take 2-5 business days to get my results and after calling their office with no results on Wednesday, the third business day, I was told that they were probably behind due to the amount of testing that was done. Understandable. But here it is Friday (which should be the final business day) and I’ve been waiting all week to get my results just to be greeted with an answering machine that says their office is closed due to observance of July 4th.. if I’m correct, this means that I have to wait another THREE days to get my results. That’s a total of 10 days. If you want quick results, I most definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this group. Yes the testing is free but if you’re sick, do not wait and go to someone that promises quick results.
