My daughter checked in at 9:35 this morning and they told her an hour to an hour and a half. Not many cars in the parking lot. I was sitting in the car waiting for her watching people that checked in well after her leave. She asked what was going on at the counter and they told her they did not understand why she kept going to the bottom of the list,and they were going to talk to the doctor. They finally took her into a room at 12:30. Unbelievable!! Never again with this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. Doctors Care‘s doctors seem to be incompetent when it comes to patients who are under the age of 10. Not only did we receive a misdiagnosis but the front office couldn’t even give us a doctors excuse for the days that my son missed from school

This place is amazing. I got there early and there was a line. Even though there were a lot of people the girls at the front desk were sweethearts. Triage nurse Linda was amazing! And dr Wilson was just as amazing! The overall experience was great. Will definitely go back and recommend to others.

The doctors listened to my concerns and treated me with dignity and genuine concern for my wellbeing. Reception Staff are courteous and punctual. Definitely need to make sure the online registry is up and running as the wait times can be long.

Staff was friendly. Would highly recommend this location. Only thing that would be an opportunity to improve would be for the online check in system to work at this location. Must have been down the day I was there.
