One male DR has always been awesome, and reception has always been lovely. However they really don't follow up. Came in once with a swollen eye, told it was a stye and sent with a prescription called into publix. Pharmacy didn't have the exact dose, I hadn't even been an hour out from seeing them when I called to ask about alternatives. There was at least 4-5 hours before closing. No one ever got back to me. Thankfully I went to a different doctor the next day who informed me I was actually on a fast track to a brain infection 🙃 I let this go because I get it. Eyes are mega tricky and urgent care can get so insanely busy. However, my most recent visit they did a culture on a weird infected wound in my chest (I messed with it when I shouldn't have. I'm dumb) but this was over a month ago and I've still never received results on that culture. I've told them multiple times I work night shift so email me if I miss a call. Now their office is closed. Not stoked to pay a bill on a culture which results they never gave. I'm trying to be understanding but it's very frustrating.
Dr. O'Neal is always friendly, positive and thorough. I love the online check-in. They are excellent in texting when to leave and arrive for your designated time. It was a very quick process when I got there. I didn't wait long at all before triage or being seen by the doctor.
Made an appointment around 1pm online with their “wait from home” option. Was told the wait would be until 5pm, then received an automated text they were running behind and my appt was changed to 7pm. Arrived on time and spoke with the rudest receptionist who informed me it didn’t matter that an appointment was set and the wait would be 2-3 hours. WHAT IS THE POINT OF GIVING CUSTOMERS THE OPTION TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!
Horrible customer service, no communication about prescriptions and was on hold for over an hour just to be sent to voicemail without anyone returning my call!!!! I will NEVER step foot in this location again
These people are the bottom of the barrel when comes to their honest. We went there and where told their was only one patient ahead of us. After sitting there for 1.5 hours we decided to leave. The lady at the reception window is nothing short of a bold face lair. This is the reason they have on 2 stars on their reputation which is for certain 2 stars to many. Why are people like this working with this clinic. I'm sure other people had the same problems. She's a low life lair. Fire her.
Great staff and office. I would come back again.
Good experience
I was seen within 45 minutes. The staff was friendly, informative and very capable. I will definitely take advantage of their services again.
Front Desk worker was an older lady that was very aggressive with multiple people in the lobby, she was extremely rude; and was very loud, telling people medical business to the entirety of the lobby sitting there, also refused to wear her mask correctly while constantly asking other people to wear theirs correctly, no professionalism what so ever from her.
after spending over 1/2 an hour on 3 attempts to reach someone at this office I quit. Typical of South Carolina, they don't much care about their customers (patients) just their money

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
