Very friendly, concerned

Dr. Jackson is without a doubt one of the nicest, most pleasant and knowledgeable doctorsI have been to in many years. The only complaint I have a though is the workings of the office/ the management of it. I called today to talk to someone all I got was a continuing recording…. I only live about 5 miles from the office, so it was necessary for me to get dressed and drive to the office……. I give Dr. Jackson 5+ stars but the running of his office is the worst I have ever been in contact with. When I got to the office today there were three girls behind the front desk. None of them were very busy. They were polite to me, and I was told that my problem was with their answering service or the call center……. They seem to be aware of this problem….. they need to do something about it……… Dr. Jackson and his immediate staff are fantastic

Dr Jackson is an outstanding Doctor. He helped me with SVT and got me with Dr Subnami who is world class as well. Dr Jackson listens he cares and I Highly recommend him. He saved me from medication my old drs would have had me on the rest of my life that are not good for my heart long term. I can not say enough about him and his practice. From check in to testing to seeing any of the care team you get treated with respect and compassion. They are all World Class.

After waiting 7 months for my appointment for jan. 27th, They cancelled my appointment and can't get next appointment until Sept., I like Dr. Jackson, but not at that price.....

Listens, easy going, cooperative

Dr. 'Billy' Jackson is the best cardiologist I've had in my life. Marcus Welby in a plaid, flannel shirt.

i was googling my name and found Dr, jackson from myrtle beach where i am from.. hate that murderers even have their name show up when googled, thats what led me here.... 5 stars haha..

This doctor spends very little time with the patients and is not really available. You are left with nurse practitioners and phone calls from nurses and don't really feel like this doctor has the time of day. He was rushed, spent 5 minute s in the room - and never heard from him again. Did tests - he never ran through any advice or general practices- and I did not feel he was on top of it. I have transferred to another doctor. Appointments are backed up for months and he isn't attentive to patients in diagnosing the whole problem. (Just orders battery of routine tests).

I began seeing Dr. Jackson in 2019 after moving from Northern Va where my cardiologist(s) were highly competent. He listened to my history, reviewed my various tests over the years and had up to date tests performed. He cared for my medications and listened to my concerns. His McLeod practice is busy and at times have not been attentive to follow up test and visits but I am very comfortable with Dr. Jackson.
