Avoid this practice at all costs. Abysmal customer service and health care provided. Patient arrived for a follow-up and it was as if the office had forgotten to prepare for the visit. Provided no information, unable to provide a file or chart ("it is being processed") and claimed that a critical piece of medical equipment was delayed for over a month because "someone forgot to put a note in your file." Proceeded to refer patient to an outside source for medical equipment, and the outside source was a bigger mess than they were. Equipment was delayed multiple months as a result. Note to Columbia Heart Clinic: these are people's lives you are playing with. AVOID THIS PRACTICE.

I have been a patient here for 9 years and have received excellent care from my physician and his nurse practitioner. All other personnel I have dealt with have always been professional and pleasant and caring. I have called several times and had my answers readily.

If anybody needs information, well good luck. I called to "SPEAK to SOMEBODY" beingI needed information on myself and all I could get were answering machines to leave a message, and which I did. I left messages one to the nurse, one for operator and two for the sectary.Have you ever tried to get answers from a machine???????
