Dr Josh and Dr Candace are beyond excellent but the support staff in that office is the absolute worst I've seen in fifty one years of life!!!

I love my Doctor who is Dr. Josh Prince. I agree that the front staff needs a lot of work. You can hardly ever get them to answer and the referral process is not good. But my treatment by my doctor is top notch.

Wow . Dr's are pretty good front staff is a question mark . Called for 3 hrs still no answer, really ? Even had the pharmacy to call , still no answer ...... SMH

Dr. Candace Prince is WONDERFUL!!! She is sweet, caring, understanding, and honest... She really shows compassion, and doesn't mind listening & talking back to you. She is very knowledgeable in the medical field, but remains patient & humble, while explaining things to you. She treats her patients with respect and has a heart of gold! Always smiling and goes beyond, to make you feel comfortable, even during 'un'comfortable procedures... pap smears, yearly physicals, etc.!She is a genuine person, relating easily to me, as we are both mother's! She has a beautiful style, is always well-dressed & cute, yet always looks professional and workplace appropriate.I am so thankful that I found her, and was able to choose her as my medical provider/ doctor! She is the absolute BEST doctor that I have ever had! Praying that she stays at Family Healthcare of Newberry, as a part of Self Medical Group, permanently forever & ever! I sure would be disappointed to lose her! Being a patient of hers, truly makes me feel lucky!!! She's GREAT!!

Love Dr C Prince. She is concerned about you. Takes her time to get to know you and understand what you are there for. Finally a doctor I am comfortable with. Highly recommend this practice.
