I agree with some of the other reviews on here that you have to wait 30min to 1 hr possibly more. Tip schedule early in the day to reduce wait and use their wifi to pass the time.
Dr. Hewitt and his NurseAssistant have the best personalities and are very punctual. I can’t say I’ve ever been more pleased with a PCP. And the front desk is always very friendly I’ve only had one phone call I felt the lady who answered could’ve been friendlier. Outside of that I couldn’t say one negative thing about this clinic. Definitely recommended
They are always prompt with getting me an appointment if needed. Staff is friendly and helpful. PAs are also good and knowledgeable. Absolutely love Dr. Jester.
If $1 was taken back from the copay every 10 minutes you wait after your appt you’d be seen at the time of your appt. Super odd that within two minutes of checking in they are sure to get their money but you wait hours on end for your appt. And when you do get in the back…you wait another hour. I think they may have a lack of knowledge on setting up appointments for patients. Could take some notes from Chic fila.
Did externship for a week at the site and was released from site after a week. Worked up multiple patients in a week time for two medical assistant draw blood and did everything i was ask but was still unsettling. I was overworked as medical assistant extern in the week as if i worked there. Was messaged by my site coordinator about things that was untrue. They got a free week of labor off of me. I even restocked room wiped rooms down restock gowns restocked UA cups restock syringe and needles draw blood worked up maybe 14 patients in a week time. Very advanced in my skills more than likely seen as a threat then a help. It was like they expected me to come in there know there whole system on the first day was suppose to be an learning experience but they didn’t even give me a chance. Had an issue with me leaving early to pick up my son not once was it mentioned to me that it was an issue site manager just ACTED like everything was fine. Definitely made me seem like an “NO” person when I’m known for being very willingly so learning and being skilled full has never been issue for me. Definitely not RECOMMENDED.
Absolutely disgusting. They refuse to call in my grandmother’s medication until AFTER she’s out hallucinating... AND ITS LIKE THIS EVERY MONTH SHES BEEN GOING THERE SINCE THE EARLY 2000’s these people do not have any care for their patients whatsoever. she ended having ANOTHER seizure because of their neglect.
I have been seeing Dr. Jester’s PA Amanda. She is punctual and attentive. Unfortunately when I have to see Dr. Jester I have to wait at least an hour. It is ridiculous.
Dr. Embry was distant and dismissive. She did little to investigate my symptoms and did not provide a diagnosis or any follow up plan for obtaining one. Instead she suggested that I take Ibuprofen every day for the rest of my life and risk kidney failure. They overbilled my insurance company and sent me a hefty bill for what the insurance didnt pay. I tried to complain was referred to the office manager who does not return calls. I requested the office managers superior and was told it was the physician about whom I needed to complain. They clearly do not feel they are accountable to anyone.
The wait time to be seen.....
Dr. Jester has taken care of all of my medical needs with the utmost care and concern.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
