Dr. Velky is a great doctor Clayton Miller is great the rest of the staff are absolutely horrible getting a call back or pick up the phone is impossible. I've sat in the lobby and seen them wait for the call to go to voice-mail. You send a message on mychart and the response time on that takes hours waste of time

Dr Velky is a wonderful doctor and a wonderful listener. I called to get appointment but was books for that day. He told me to come in the next day he would work me in. I was so sick for several day so when I got there he saw me first. That what you call a professional doctor. I will forever be grateful.

Dr Velky is the very best at what he does. My family and I would never go anywhere else. He is exceptional in giving care and advise. He cares! The staff is always helpful, friendly and professional!

Tried calling for months and noone ever picks up. 2 stars because someone at least called me back after i finally left a message. Said the doctor wasn't taking new patients, which is fine, but at least update your website with the correct information. Not a review of the doctor btw.

Dr velky is a very personable person.i have never been seen by a Dr that takes the time with you to find out about your personal life in order to treat you.he is very knowledgeable about the problems older patients have and how to treat them. My whole family goes to him and r very glad to have him as our physician.

First time visiting and couldn't be happier with them. Dr. Velky actually listened & took time to thoroughly answer my questions. I suffer with severe anxiety about doctors but he was very understanding.
