Katherine Embry's Online Review Report Card

She was more than 40 minutes late coming into the exam room. I was leaving & she had a real attitude. I left. Hopefully I can find a decent doctor who doesn’t disrespect me. I saw at CPC N Augusta.

Dr. Embry has served my wife and I with great care, compassion and concern. She is an excellent diagnostician and her medicine recommendations have been right on target. She is very thorough and takes time with us to determine the best treatment. She is highly recommended by our family, and we hope your experience is the same!

First time meeting Dr Embry and was very impressed.

I selected Dr. Embry after my previous physician left and I tell you, she definitely needs some classes in appropriate bedside manner, and how to be more attentive to patient's needs and concerns. It's so unprofessional to get angry, arguementive, and walk out the room when someone is talking to you about their health concerns. I feel like if a person selects you to be their physician, you should treat them how you would like to be treated and how you would want your loved ones treated.

BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR SHE PICKS AND CHOOSE HER NEW PATIENTS IF YOU HAVE COMPLEX MEDICAL HISTORY SHE WILL NOT SEE YOU AFTER YOU WASTE YOUR TIME FILLING OUT THEIR PAPERWORK I TOOK MY MONEY AND INSURANCE TO UNIVERSITY MEDICAL ASSOCIATES OF AIKEN MAYBE SHE CAN NOT HANDLE THE STRESS OF SEEING CHRONIC SICK PATIENT WITH A COMPLEX MEDICAL HISTORY.

She makes all her new patients fill out paperwork before she decides before accepting you as a new patient. If your medical history is complex she will not see you. I took my money to another practice that will see me regardless of my medical history buyer beware of doctors like this.

Do not recommend. After completing all paperwork and waiting days, they called to inform me that she would not see me due to medication I am on. WoW! Definitely not the caring type. Don't bother and move on

I am sure she is great at diagnosing everyday illnesses and chronic issues that are well known, but she was quick to dismiss my symptoms as something untreatable. She would not even let me give a complete list of symptoms. She literally walked out of the room while I was talking at one appointment. After having blood work done, she did not call to tell me the results. I found out about it when my pharmacy called to say I had prescriptions ready.

I have been a patient of Dr. Embry for about a year. I have found her to be extremely knowledgeable and conscientious about the care she has provided for me. I have severe anxiety about medical procedures, so I'm not the best patient, but both she and her nurse have been very kind and understanding. I highly recommend her services if you're looking for a great physician.

Dr. Embry and I have been on a medical journey almost since the first visit we had. I was stricken shortly after first seeing her with the sudden onset of a debilitating set of symptoms and she has guided and supported me through finding a diagnosis and getting better. She was attentive, responsive, and persistent with her medical care and I am grateful.
