Visited for a Covid test and was treated extremely rude from the front desk all the way to the back. The Nurse Practitioner Julie Goolsby is worthless! By the time we- left blood pressure was at a level that should of been an immediate emergency and she knew this but still continued to be combative. Refused to give Covid test with no reasoning other than they only treat sick patients.Would not recommend this site.
The receptionist was very rude. She gave impression I was bothering her. I’ll never go back. This was the 2nd time so I left & went to the Georgia Ave, North Augusta location. It was a pleasant experience when I felt so bad
They took plenty of people before me. I was very sick with UTI, could not hold my head up. I was constantly throwing up. I have been here close to 2 help
Today was rough for everyone. The wait times were long (like 3 hours long). Soooo many people were getting tested for COVID and most of them showed up in the last hour. For most of the visit, I genuinely regretted going, but in the end I’m glad I did. This place does seem a bit too busy and understaffed but everyone who works there knows their stuff and they are super professional. Honestly, the next closest prompt care is about 15 min away so it’s in a prime location right off the interstate. And they do everything there including lab work and radiology. You are gonna wait but it really includes just about everything that you would need for a visit.
I showed up without an appointment and I was treated exceptionally well from the time I arrived until the time I left. The wait was surprisingly short considering that there were a number of people ahead of me. The nurse’s preliminary workup was conducted skillfully and extremely thoroughly. And when Dr Sanders entered the exam room, his friendly and calming demeanor put me immediately at ease. He was extremely thorough, thoughtful, kind, and genuinely concerned about my well-being.I wasn’t sure how they operate and I was fully prepared to be seen by a non-physician but being treated by a physician was only half as impressive as the fact that Dr Sanders gave me the distinct impression that he’s a compassionate care provider and that’s a quality that few medical professionals possess. My entire experience was stellar and I’m grateful for the kindness shown to me by each and every person I interacted with during my visit.
This office is. Godsend. Open weekends and everyone so patient. I can't tell them how much I appreciate their care. I highly recommend this clinic.
Giant waste of time! Sit there for 3 hours for them to not take you seriously
The last few times i came here, they were closed. Which is concerning, considering they're an "urgent care". And just found out they don't offer covid testing without seeing a physician.
I gave a grade of three stars because I am happy with the reception staff but the lab technician needs a job where she doesn't have to deal with people. She's rude. She called the lab and referred to me as "that woman we drew the . . . is back." My daughter is a patient there and hates to have blood drawn. I considered changing physicians until I used your lab.
I sincerely hope you don't bill me. The doctor never addressed the reasons I went to the clinic in the first place. He never checked my neck nor shoulder or addressed my congestion/respiratory issues. I felt like it was a waste of time for being there. I even brought it to the nurses attention and nothing was done. Useless.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
