This office would be Great if they did not have such horrible ladies in the front. You will almost always catch an attitude from them and they have no idea what they are doing. For this reason alone I would encourage people to look for other places. It's really bad!

Told the front desk lady I was looking to get COVID tested because someone at my job tested positive and they advised me to get tested. I get called back and wait 30 minutes. The nurse practitioner says because I had no symptoms they would not test me because “they are a treatment center not a testing center”. After getting home and I look at the printout she has me down that I was seen due to acute upper respitory infection. They wouldn’t refund my $20 copay for telling me they won’t test me for COVID. Won’t be back to anything involving University at all. This is unacceptable

BEWARE: UNIV PROMPT CARE DOUBLE DIPPING "IN-TAKE" FOR UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOMMyself, my wife and my mother-in-law all went in at different times over the last year. In each case they "found" something that "was an emergency" and insisted that we go immediately to the emergency room. In each case we declined and signed release forms. We then scheduled an appointment with our Primary Care Physician who ran tests but agreed that there was no emergency. They could of ran tests. They could have set up appointments at the hospital to do tests that were needed (which the PCP did). But, instead they wanted to immediately send us to the EXPENSIVE emergency room.It appears that UNIVERSITY PROMPT CARE IS TRYING TO FUNNEL PEOPLE TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM as a way to get more dollars out of the insurance companies.Please be careful!! and think for yourself.

Have always had great service. The team there is compassionate and caring. It's my prompt care of choice.

God forbid you ever needed something for pain. You will be treated like a criminal and accused of being a druggie for asking for pain meds. Even with two herniated discs confirmed by MRI, I was still force you to sign my privacy away for medicine. Real bad experience. I've never asked for pain meds before and did what I was supposed to as a patient as well. I was still treated like a criminal because I wanted something for pain.

Never get to see a doctor and poor attitudes once behind the doors, and felt very rushed being the first person in like I interrupted their morning! Had to seek other medical attention due to the lack of care or knogledge!also asked about a shift work medication and told her the name and she told me they dont do sleep meds or narcotics, witch the meds I was talking about are neither they help stay focused but she didnt want to her it walked out and I was on my way with the famous antibiotics and motrin. For a stopped up sylvia duct!!!!!

The staff are so friendly and caring. Same day appointments with no long waits.

As a person with scoliosis, I fight every day with pain I never talk about. Today, it was beyond hiding. My insurance doesn't cover my normal doctor, and so I go to University prompt care in North Augusta. But these people are incredible! They did EVERYTHING I asked of them this morning, and the care they gave made so much of the pain go away. I am so appreciative. Thanks for your referral too.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

Dr. Nusrat is an excellent doctor. Always taken a good care of me. I am very thankful for his loving care.
