William A. Rivell's Online Review Report Card

My visit was a wellness check . Dr Rivell was very professional and polite. I was seen quickly and the staff was very professional. One of the nicer facilities I have been to.

This is the 2nd time I've seen this particular Dr at this location. Both times he has dismissed me with no valid diagnosis except common cold. He never asked what medications I was taking to relieve symptoms and never suggested anything other than it will go away in a few days. I went in today knowing I had a sinus infection, and he claims there's no need in treatment. Well the last visit he said the same thing and I went for a 2nd opinion and was prescribed antibiotics. And today I am now being seen for bronchitis and sinus infection. Mr. Rowell never checked my ears, I'm pretty sure he didn't hear any bronchitis bc he barely pressed the stethoscope on my back as if he didn't want to touch me. On my way out his office he tried handing me cdc papers that said not to treat sinus infections. I told him to keep them I was going for a 2nd opinion again...and I'm glad I did now. I guess he wanted a 2nd copay in the next few days. I will not be seeing him again. He could've at least offered some kind of relief, cough meds, inhaler, steroids, something...to have all the power to alleviate some symptoms if it were a "Viral cold" and he did nothing

Very pleasant experience. Dr. Rivell was very knowledgeable, polite, kind and professional.

Dr. Rivell is abrupt, disinterested, arrogant and uncaring. Loves to prescribe either nothing or meds that complicate and/or harm already existing conditions. Acts as if he thinks you are a hypochondriac, self harm type personality and addresses you in an irritated manner as if you are an inconvenience taking time away from his golf game(s). Doesn't bother to even flip through your file let alone actually read it. If you want medical assistance from a concerned doctor, look elsewhere. This 'doctor' should retire as he apparently no longer cares about who comes through his door.

He listened to my concerns. Excellent knowledge of medications I could use since I have allergies to them. Staff curt, does not take BP accurately.

Great Doctor....does not beat around the bush tells you what you need to know! Great bedside manner.. Prompt, precise and very nice!

I went to him once, and he was a good and nice doctor. I could here the staff talking outside the door of my room making fun of some of the patients. That's not funny. Get new employees.

Did not listen to my problem. Handed me a packet of samples and then was not able to prescribe the drug on follow through.

Dr did not realize I was standing around corner @ checkout counter and used my name and was talking negatively about his visit with me. I confronted h ...
