Dr.Adam Schaaf did Torn Meniscus surgery back in September 2021 and he told me a have a little arthritus in my knee that may be a problem and he was correct . I went back to him yesterday Jan 290th 2022 because I was in a little pain and after a shot in the knee I felt so much better as I left the office pain free after limping in there !! Thanks Dr. Adam !

Dr. Schaaf and his clinic team were thorough, professional and did an outstanding job of diagnosing and explaining treatment options for an old leg injury that is still giving me problems. I can't recommend Dr. Schaaf and the Lowcountry Ortho team enough - they're the best!

He talks to you about every decision and doesn’t rush you into surgery if you’re not ready. He answers any and all questions I have and makes sure I understand everything that he says. His staff is always friendly and caring and his PA is awesome too.

I went to see Dr. Schaaf because of a bum shoulder and he was...gorgeous. Just, wow, painfully handsome. Utterly baffled that every review does not mention this. Tragically, he fixed my shoulder and I won't get to see him again so...I should probably leave fewer stars? Also, his PA Marty is brilliant and patient and the front office staff is super efficient.

Dr. Schaaf is amazing!! He has done laparoscopic surgery on both of my shoulders. One surgery in 2016 and the other in 2019. He helped me every step of the way. He and his staff are very professional, kind, considerate, and helpful. I would highly recommend Lowcountry Orthopedics and Dr. Schaaf for all of your orthopedic needs. I am well pleased with the care that I received from Dr. Schaaf, Marty and all the staff!!!
