I love all the staff here at my doctors office . I enjoy spending time w them all when I'm scheduled for my doctors appt love Mrs. Wendy Robin and Dr Jackson they are so kind to ms and listen to me when I'm there beside very thorough too . Love u all guys

Best Dr. ever! Hands down! He is the first Dr. I have ever met that actually cares about his patients! He spends time with his patients, gets to know them and he is just amazing! Miss Wendy is amazing she’s so helpful! Miss Robin she’s great too. Hands down 5 stars BEST DR AND OFFICE EVER!!!

I have been going to Doctor Jackson for 13 years. I am fed up with the inconvenient hours of operation and when they actually are open no one picks up the phone. And they never return messages. I have been out of my antidepressants for weeks and am having a complete and total breakdown. I am scheduled to see a new doctor soon. I will not be returning.

He divulged my name for requesting an exam of my father which created much heartache and division between my dad and I. I feel he should have been more professional in the situation.

My Dr. retired and I decide on Dr. Jackson...wish I would have found him sooner as he and his staff made me feel like they have been my Dr. for years on my first visit...Thank you.

Dr. Jackson listens but did not seem very proactive in caring for my health. Because I felt I had to ask for what I felt I needed, I started feeling like I was taking care of myself with a "signoff" from the doc. For almost two years, I only had mandatory visits for prescription refills, which were very difficult to get causing me to run out of important medications for up to a month at a time. This was mainly due to inadequate office response, limited hours of practice, and poor communication between office staff/pharmacy/doctor. I don't feel my concerns about anything were ever relayed to the doctor. They never got that far. Therefore, my reason to fire this service was mainly based on how I was treated by the office, but I also wished the doctor would have spoken to my serious conditions as well and not made me do all the work.

I Love Dr. Jackson and staff are absolutely wonderful. I think his bed side manners is great. Communication is with great ease. Can get appointment with ease.

I am absolutely grateful that I found Dr. Jackson and his staff!! He is a doctor that actually cares and worries about his patients. He explains things to me so that I understand perfectly what's going on with my health. He very possibly saved my life a couple of months ago by taking my symptoms serious and getting me in with the right specialist that day!!! He also called himself to check on me afterwards!!! I also love his staff! Mrs. Wendy and Tiffany are the best, always very helpful in any situation that comes up. I hope Dr. Jackson never stops being my doctor because they sure would be hard to replace!!!!

Dr. Allen Jackson is a caring, experienced and knowledgeable doctor. Their staff is awesome.Tiffany is great in helping me with my insurance and pharmacy problems. Wendy is nice and helps me with my hectic schedules. Overall 5 stars.
