THIS PLACE IS DOWN GRADING THEY WORK AGAINST ANY PARENT TRYING TO GET THEIR KIDS BACK FROM SCDSSTHE SECRETARY IS VERY DIRESPECTFULWHEN PROMPTED TO SPEAK TO A DIRECTOR SHE HANGS UPSHE JUDGES EVERY CALLER VOICE AND IF SHE IS CORRECT WILL NOT CALL YOU BY YOUR CORRECT GENDERFIND ANOTHER PROGRAM SCDSS PROBATION NOBODY SHOULD GO HERE THIS PLACE IS FOR THE MONEY NOT FOR THE COMMUNITY

Trust me there are a lot of unethical and shady things happening at this place. Theres a reason why they offer the cheapest services around. Just talk to any former employee and theyll tell you.

I would give them no stars if that was an option. They cater to individuals who are in desperate situations with children yet offer no flexibility in appointment times or child care. Do realize that they are more expensive 150$ on their assessments and you will be assessed by an inexperienced “counselor”. Also realize that no matter what the details are of your situation that of course they are going to “recommend” further classes. They have an office in a low rent district and charge a premium. If you are stuck in a situation requiring an assessment then it would be best to just wait and go to origins. They are most certainly only interested in getting money and not in actually helping someone who is in need. Low overhead rent and cheaply paid staff+ overpriced services=someone profiting on others pain. Then they require drug tests for any and every situation. And they stand inside the bathroom and watch you while you pee. It’s a very degrading process and they could care less.

If you come here you will feel degraded. Embarrassed even.The assessment interviewer will treat you as if you’re a junkie regardless of what your situation is and how you got there.She may also be racist andor sexist.The staff will bring you in for the assessment after explaining over the phone that they do indeed have the program you’re looking for set you up for an appointment just to tell you that they can’t help you because they don’t have that program.. and they just keep your money anyway.The assessment is 150$.Doctors are supposed to help people.Not make them feel like peasant ghetto trash.She’s the old blonde with the pixie cut.

Poor staffing undereducated just wants to take your money only to inform you afterwards that their program is unofficial . Very rude and not accepting to anyone coming in for help. I STRONGLY suggest you stay FAR away from this place Its true when they say you get what you pay for and this being the cheapest in Charleston they RIP you off just to take your money

I did not personally attend but my daughter did. They were totally unprofessional and the psychologist who performed her assessment seemed very much under qualified. My daughter and I actually heard her making derogatory comments about my daughter while she was speaking to another employee while we were still there I was floored that the court system would direct individuals who obviously need help to an environment such as this. My experience has been forwarded to the courts for review.

This place was totally unprofessional and if you’re working person trying to take classes to get out of PTI it’s your worst nightmare they don’t work with your schedule they don’t have a set schedule for closing and opening so trying to go in there to get paperwork filled out is a nightmare the instructors are not capable and experienced is less than what you pay for each week you gain literally nothing

Every one there was extremely nice very helpful I look forward to going there every week.

I AM FORMER LAW ENFORCEMENT I was discriminated by the company last week. I am a African American and also own a reputable construction company in the low country. And this company makes its money on sessions. I was told to get out now before she calls the cops. And now days those dealings can go south. Im a law abiding citizen love God respect law enforcement any and every day. PEOPLE PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. IM IN THE PROCESS OF TRYING TO FILE SUIT AGAINST THEM. MY ATTORNEY WILL DIG AND SEE IF THERE IS A BIAS ON RACE WITH RECOMMENDATIONS.
