My family has been using Dr. Spearman for many years. He has a great bedside manner. He listens to all of your concerns and gives you options for your treatment. He addresses you like as if you were a friend. We love him.

Don't see James Spearman. Selling patchwork instead of replacing worn out parts. Either not that great of a doctor or just trying to make extra money before said part needs changed anyway. I think a little of both. No discussion on options just patchwork sale which was 100% invasive and worthless and done poorly. Even I knew a new knee was needed. Shoddy workmanship and greed. Disgraceful.

I wouldn't let him treat my dead dog! If I listned to HIM I'd have no use of my arm and he lies on his paperwork to get cash out of insurance

I have been a patient of Dr. Spearman's since 2002. He has performed two rotator cuff Surgeries and several orthoscopic knee surgeries for me . Dr. Spearman is a very caring and professional Doctor and he and his staff are a very understanding group. I highly recommend anyone with a problem in this area seek this Dr. and his group for help.
