John Redwine's Online Review Report Card

Horrible customer service on the phone from the staff. Never calls back and hangs up the phone before you can even say “have a nice day.” I am a 25 year old with very high blood pressure from kidney issues when younger and not a single follow up or discussion of what is really going on. Just take blood pressure medication that is not helping and you will be fine. Any recommendations of an actual primary physician will be great.

Had to work remote for a couple of months! This doctor would not even refill my prescriptions while I was working remote! Recommended I take a $2000 program instead at University of South Carolina! His alma mater! Go figure!

Dr. Redwine is very rude and has no compassion for patients. He dispenses his opinions about the health of patients carelessly and irresponsibly without any medical proof. He does not see patients and their families as human beings with feelings and emotions. He has lost touch with his own humanity if he ever had one and shows no concern about the impact that his words may have on others. He lacks the necessary scientific knowledge and human compassion that is necessary to be worthy of the title of Doctor.

Couldnt be kinder or more helpful. Dr. Redwines been treating me for years I travel a long distance since moving out of town to keep in his care.

I am a newcomer to the area and so I took a chance on a friend of the families recommendation and tried Dr. Redwine. After having my first visit and have a listener caring doctor that was taking the time to listen and understand getting my background and understanding of my medical issue I am really favorably impressed and super excited that I got such a good doctor on the luck of the draw by moving here. I would definitely recommend them to any newcomers to try he’s right now taking new patients but that will not last for long once people find out how good he is .

They lost my lab specimen and in over a week they are now unresponsive. Office manager Sharon does not return phone calls nor does Dr Redwine.

Dr. Redwine has been my PCP since Dr. Edwards moved upstate several years ago. He has taken care of me the few times I've been really sick and needed quick care. He will prescribe medications or tests that I need, no problem...Also, he's the healthiest-looking doctor I've ever had!

I started off with Dr. Matthews here. When he moved, I was very concerned about my new doctor. However, they do their practices very similarly. Dr. Redwine is patient. He doesn't act as if he needs to run from one appt to another so he is often late to other appts. However, it's because he takes his time to listen to you, examine, and answer questions.The wait times seem to have gotten better since I started here in 2012. I almots always get in within 20minutes and maybe another 15minute wait in room.I have mental health issues and he has never let that affect his diagnosis. I'm in my late 20s and have never had an issue with this office. I really do highly recommend for any age.

Visit was quick and easy. Dr. Redwine very nice and friendly concerned and listened to my symptoms. Exam and Diagnosis pretty textbook. Like when a doctor is detailed.
