As usual a friendly and thorough. Ive been seeing a dermatologist for 15 years every 6 months because I tend to grow basal cells like mushrooms. Moved to the Charleston area in April 2020 and had to find a dermatologist quickly. He is one of the best dermatologists Ive seen. Besides being very friendly hes virtually pain free.

At my first appointment today I was impressed with this Practice from the moment I walked in the door. I was promptly checkedin and very shortly taken to the exam room where Kim expeditiously took down my health history and the reason for my visit. Once completed Dr. Yarbroughs PA Sarah Fender examined me and she was absolutely incredible Sarah was very knowledgeable thoroughly explained my skin condition and performed an excision of a lesion for biopsy. She was especially compassionate and reassuring during my unanticipated procedure. I felt very well cared for by both Sarah and Kim. Also prior to my treatment Sarah consulted with Dr. Roger Sullivan a Specialist in the Practice for a second opinion. He promptly gave me a thorough exam and was very informative. Dr. Sullivan and Sarah gave me great confidence in their team approach to my treatment.

I have been a patient for years and I drive from Murrells Inlet to see him. As far as I am concerned he is the only dermatologist to see.

I was late for my first visit and they were very understanding. I did call ahead. Dr. Yarborough was kind and informative. He was really sweet and I am looking forward to my next visit.
