I have a question. Is it standard practice to diagnose an 4-8 week embryo with developmental issues and be offered an abortion pill before doing HCG labs ?

I CANNOT say enough kind things about Dr. Helton-Rieter. I had to have a biopsy done and was so scared and she listened to my concerns and was so kind. She was very thorough in her answers to my questions and never made me feel like a bother even though my appointment was a very busy day in the OR. I just really appreciate her.

She’s a very nice nice doctor. Went to her my whole pregnancy. It was my first time being pregnant and was a high risk because of my age and some health issues. Had an emergency C-Section and all throughout the time, she made me comfortable and had a very good experience.

She doesn’t listen to what the patient wants and she has a horrible bed side manner. Just a rude person. She actually laughed when I told her about my symptoms and what u was experiencing.

I was a patient for a while who was looking for alternative solution to heavy bleeding than birth control which had not helped me in the past. I asked several times for other options and she gave none. I had to request to be given a referral to a specialized since she wouldn’t listen. The special discovered I had an underlying condition. I don’t expect doctors to know everything but I do expect them to respect my wishes and try to help me find a solution. A sick patient doesn’t benefit from arrogance. She has terrible bed aide manner. My pain was always very unbelievable and funny to her. Find a different doctor. She isn’t worth the trouble.
